Cake with boiled condensed milk - 8 delicious and quick recipes

Of course, boiled condensed milk is an unusual, unique treat for those with a sweet tooth. You can eat it plain, with a spoon, or spread it on a bun. It is included in almost all recipes for various baked goods and is ideal for making creams. And a cake with boiled condensed milk will become a beautiful, and most importantly, delicious decoration for any festive table.

Delicious dessert with honey flavor

For almost all people, honey cake brings back childhood memories. It does not require huge costs and is easy to make, and the taste is not inferior to the most unique desserts. This is precisely why most mothers, when deciding how to pamper their children, give preference to honey cake.

There are many recipes for making cake layers. We offer one of them. We will need:

  • butter – 50 g;
  • sugar – 250 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • honey – 60 ml;
  • salt – 2 g;
  • soda – 5 g;
  • vinegar – 5-8 ml (for extinguishing soda);
  • flour – 600 g.

For the cream you will need:

  • boiled condensed milk – 1 can;
  • sour cream (20-25%) – 250 g;
  • butter – 150 g.

Prepare the dessert as follows:

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, add softened butter, honey, salt and slaked soda. Mix everything and place in a water bath. Heat until the mixture increases in volume by 2-3 times.
  2. Remove from the bath and add 2/3 of the flour, stirring gently.
  3. Place it in the bath again and heat it slightly for 5 minutes (don’t stop stirring).
  4. Remove the bowl, pour in the remaining flour and knead the dough.
  5. Divide the mass into 6-8 parts and roll each into circles approximately 25 cm in diameter. To ensure that the cakes are even, use a plate or lid to cut them to a suitable diameter.
  6. Bake the shortcakes in the oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees until browned (approximately 6-7 minutes). We also bake the scraps of dough; they will be needed when decorating the cake.
  7. Melt the butter and cool.
  8. Pour all the ingredients for the cream into a cup and whisk until smooth. It is better not to use a mixer or blender: you can get a very watery mass.
  9. Place the finished cream for the cake from boiled condensed milk in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  10. Take a suitable dish (preferably with edges at least 1 cm high, because the cream will drain).
  11. Place the first shortbread, thickly grease it with cream and cover with the second one. We do the same with the rest.
  12. Grind the baked dough into crumbs, grease the sides and top of the cake with cream and sprinkle with the purchased crumbs.
  13. Decorate the top of the cake to your own taste.

The honey cake is ready, but before serving, it must stand in the cold for 6-10 hours so that the cakes are soaked.

Cake with boiled condensed milk from waffle cakes

If you don’t have time for baking, but want to amuse your loved ones with a pleasant treat, it’s easier to prepare a waffle cake with boiled condensed milk. All you need for this is the following ingredients:

  3. Preparing the glaze. Place a saucepan on the fire, pour milk into it and add butter. Heat until it melts. Stirring carefully, add sugar and cocoa, bring to a boil, reduce the flame and cook until the sugar dissolves and the mass thickens slightly. We don't stop stirring.
  4. Pour hot glaze over the cake, sprinkle with chopped nuts and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

The cake will require a minimum of cost and effort, but will certainly be a beautiful addition to a home tea party.

Cake with boiled condensed milk and walnuts, recipe and step-by-step photos of making from Svetlana Burova. The base of the cake is biscuit, quickly baked in a slow cooker or oven.

Sponge cake with walnuts and boiled condensed milk cream

For the recipe you will need:

For the biscuit:

  • Testicles – 2 pcs.,
  • Sugar – 180 gr.,
  • Flour – 180 gr.,
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp,
  • Oil for greasing the baking dish.

For cream:

  • Condensed milk (boiled) – 1 can,
  • Butter – 1 pack (200 g)

For decoration and interior:

    Walnuts – 300 gr. (preferably half)

How to make a cake with boiled condensed milk and walnuts

Beat the eggs for the sponge cake well with a mixer, adding sugar little by little. It is better for the sugar to dissolve and peaks to form from the biscuit dough. Mix flour with baking powder. Add in small portions to the egg-sugar mixture and mix gently with a spatula or spoon.

Grease the biscuit baking pan with oil. Pour the dough into the mold.

We bake the biscuit - I baked it in a Panasonic multicooker on the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.

In a preheated oven, such a biscuit can be baked at 180 degrees until golden brown. The readiness of the biscuit is checked with a wooden stick; it must come out of the cake dry, without lumps.

After making the sponge cake, let it cool slightly - without removing it from the mold and transfer it to a dish (more details in THIS recipe for a sponge cake made from 2 eggs)

For the cream, beat softened butter with boiled condensed milk.

Cut the sponge cake into 3 equal parts.

Spread the cream of boiled condensed milk and butter on the first layer, level it, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

We do the 2nd layer the same way. Cover with the top crust, also grease the top of the cake and its sides with cream, and decorate the cake with nuts.

The cake needs to be put in the refrigerator so that the cream sets slightly.
