Chocolate cheesecakes

Cheesecakes, and especially chocolate ones, are perhaps the best thing that can be made from cottage cheese! They are tender, delicious, exuding an unusual smell of chocolate - an impeccable balance of aroma, taste and composition. Making chocolate cheesecakes is not at all difficult, the always-great results are also always entertaining, and the smell from making the dish fills the house with a pleasant trail, awakening the appetite. In a word – recklessly delicious!

Ingredients for making chocolate cheesecakes:

  • cottage cheese 5% fat – 250 g
  • cocoa powder – 2-2.5 tbsp. l.
  • sugar – 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • semolina – 4 tbsp. l.
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • sunflower oil – 15-20 ml

Recipe for making chocolate cheesecakes:

First you need to knock out the egg and mix it with sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk these ingredients into a homogeneous mixture; it is better to completely dissolve the sugar. Season with vanilla to taste, if you like.

Add cottage cheese to the chocolate mixture. It is better to choose low-fat or 5% fat cottage cheese, then the cheesecakes will not be “watery”; otherwise, you will have to add more semolina or wheat flour, and because of this the dish will become tough and not juicy. Using a whisk, mix the cottage cheese with the chocolate consistency, you will get something like a sweet chocolate curd.

Now add semolina and leave the dough for 15 minutes so that the semolina absorbs water and swells slightly.

Using hands dipped in water, form uniform small chocolate cheesecakes from the dough.

You can fry the curds in sunflower oil, although you can also do this with butter, or you can even bake the cheesecakes in the oven. Fry both sides over low heat for about a minute.

Hot chocolate cheesecakes are tastier than cool ones, so serve them right away, you can decorate the dish with berries, add cherry syrup, sweet powder or grated chocolate. Honey, sour cream, whipped cream - all this is also served at your discretion, because everyone has different tastes.

Add honey and stir until smooth.

Add semolina and cocoa, and with hands dipped in cool water, knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into sausage shapes, cut into 4-5 cm circles, form cheesecakes, I got 6 pieces.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or sprinkle with flour, lay out the cheesecakes, grease with oil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (see your own oven)

Cocoa powder will give cheesecakes not only an appetizing color, but also an attractive chocolate smell. Cottage cheese should be taken with the lowest percentage of fat content: the dough will not be so wet, and semolina will completely replace the flour.

Chocolate cheesecakes with cocoa in a frying pan

    • Calorie content per 100 g - 178 kcal.
    • Number of servings - 4 pieces
    • Production time - 20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • Cottage cheese of any fat content - 250 g
    • Cocoa - 2.5 tbsp. l.
    • Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
    • Flour - 4–5 tbsp. l. (separate flour for molding)
    • Semolina - 2 tbsp. l.
    • Testicles - 1 pc.
    • Vegetable oil for frying

Step-by-step production of chocolate cheesecakes with cocoa - recipe with photos

    1. First, you need to grind the cottage cheese through a sieve so that there are no grains. But you can go the other way - grind the whole mass with a blender. In a bowl, combine the egg and cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese is very dry, add 1-2 tbsp. l. sour cream.

    2. Using a blender, grind the mass into a homogeneous mass.

    3. Add dry ingredients to the mixture.

    4. Mix carefully. The dough does not have to be thick. It just holds its shape but sticks to your hands - a flawless formula. Sprinkle a little flour on the table and form a sausage with your hands. The dough comes out in a coat of flour.

    5. Cut the sausage into pieces. Dip any piece in flour.

    6. Fry the cheesecakes in a perfectly heated frying pan. Don't skimp on vegetable oil. Excess can be removed by placing the cheesecake on a paper towel.

    8. Fry all the cheesecakes and serve them to the table with sour cream and hot tea. If you want to share it with someone, so be it, call your family. Although, they will be alerted to the smell coming from the kitchen.
