The secret of a tasty, appetizing roll lies in high-quality natural products and compliance with the baking temperature.

Lemon roll with condensed milk

Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk – 70 ml
  • Butter – 110 g
  • Wheat flour – 170 g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Baking soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 9 pcs.
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Lemon juice – 100 ml
  • Lemon zest – 2 tsp.

To make the dough, you need to melt 50 g of butter and mix with condensed milk. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs and the same number of yolks with 130 g of sugar. Add flour, baking soda and salt into the egg-sugar mixture. Pour in the butter and milk mixture in a narrow stream and stir. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and pour the dough onto it.
