Fluffy donuts with condensed milk

  • condensed milk - 350 g,
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces,
  • baking powder - 15 g,
  • vanillin - a pinch,
  • table salt - 1/2 tsp,
  • wheat flour - 450-480 g,
  • sunflower oil - how much will it take,
  • sweet powder - 2 tbsp.

How to cook donuts with condensed milk

Drive 3 eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and whisk everything lightly.

Then pour in the condensed milk and mix well with a whisk until all the ingredients are combined.

Add a pinch of vanillin and baking powder. The amount of baking powder should be taken based on the flour calculation indicated on the package. I have 15 grams of baking powder for 500 grams of flour, so I used a whole bag.

And at the end add the sifted flour. It is better to add flour in parts, it will be easier to knead, and you can calculate its exact amount, because it will directly depend on the thickness of the condensed milk itself. You may need a little less or a little more flour.

Sprinkle flour on the kitchen surface to knead the dough, which will be soft and manageable. Place the dough back into the bowl and let rest for 15 minutes. And during this period of time, prepare everything you need to form donuts.

Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface into a layer about 1 centimeter wide and squeeze out circles using a glass or a special mold. Then use a bottle cap to squeeze out small circles in the center. In this way, you will get donuts with holes, like bagels. I recommend immediately creating donut blanks from all the dough, and later frying them in oil. They just fry very quickly, and there will be practically no time to be distracted by molding new products.

Heat a sufficient amount of sunflower oil in a frying pan and place the donuts in it. They will quickly increase in volume and begin to brown, so you need to watch closely so that the donuts do not burn. Fry the centers that remain after forming the products together with the rest of the donuts.

After the donuts are browned on one side, turn them over to the other and keep until done.

Then remove the donuts to a plate covered with a cardboard towel or napkins to absorb excess fat.

Ingredients:

  • Whole grain flour – 700 g (approx.)
  • Testicles – 4 pcs.
  • Condensed milk – 1 can
  • Soda – 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Coconut oil for frying (vegetable oil is possible) – 350-400 ml

Manufacturing:

Sift the flour in advance.

In a bowl, mix eggs with condensed milk, soda, salt, stir well with a whisk.

Add flour evenly and knead into a stiff dough.

Let the dough rest for a couple of minutes.

Next, roll it out into a rope, approximately the width of a finger, and cut it into small pieces.

Roll them into balls, approximately 1.5 cm (there is no need to make huge balls, otherwise they will not be fried).

For convenience, place the balls in a large spoon.

Pour the oil into a container, I took a 500 ml ladle (the larger your container, the greater the oil consumption). Bring to a boil and carefully, on the edge so that accidental splashes do not burn you, add the balls.

Fry in vegetable oil until cooked. My stove has the highest temperature - 9, I fried it at - 6.

Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a napkin to drain excess fat. The balls almost double in size. If desired, you can sprinkle with sweet powder.

I made 304 delicious donuts!
