The principle of making meat pieces is the same, but the whole secret is in the breading. It can be purchased ready-made, with the addition of hot or other spices. The more interesting the breading consistency is, the more original the chops will be. But if you only have ready-made breadcrumbs on hand, then add a pinch of dried paprika to them - it will give it smell and taste. In the absence of paprika, add any dry spices you have in the house - it won’t be superfluous.

Tip: when starting breaded frying, do not forget to make sure that the breadcrumbs are fresh.

Even a package purchased not so long ago, after standing for a short time, unexpectedly turns out to be rancid, which is unthinkable and will completely spoil the taste of the chops.
