  4. Add the rest of the milk and flour, beat the dough into banana pancakes. The recipe includes oil, use unrefined oil so that there is no aroma. Stir until the butter is incorporated into the dough moderately.
  5. Bake thin pancakes in a frying pan, pouring about ½ of a regular ladle of batter and leveling it along the bottom. When the edges are browned, turn over to the other side and brown.
  6. Grease the sides of any pancake with butter so that they do not dry out or burst.
  7. To make the inside, pour sugar onto the surface of the frying pan and sprinkle it moderately over the bottom.
