How to make pork ribs soup:

1. Before starting production, you should prepare the vegetables. Wash the carrots thoroughly in running water, then grate them on a small grater. The onion needs to be peeled and the vegetable cut into small pieces.

2. Add the required amount of vegetable oil to the vegetables, fry in a frying pan until softened.

3. Pour the required amount of water into the pan, place the previously washed pork ribs in there and place on medium heat. After waiting for it to boil, you need to remove the foam that appears from them.

4. When the pork ribs have been simmering in the bubbling broth for about half an hour, add onions and carrots fried in vegetable oil. Bring to a boil again.

5. Add noodles. But it is necessary to do this only in this case if it is prepared for at least 15 minutes. If these noodles belong to the group of quickly cooking ones, then you need to add them at the very end.

6. Salt the noodle soup. The amount of salt can be adjusted to your own taste. But it’s better not to experiment, because you can add salt on your own plate.

7. Add any greens that you like to the boiling mass. It can be either fresh, dried or frozen.

8. The soup with pork ribs must be brought to readiness and removed from the stove. Readiness can be determined by the condition of the noodles. If it is soft, then the dish is ready!

In order not to complicate the taste of the dish, but only to embellish it slightly, the recipe does not contain cereals or pasta, but only broth for the ribs, as well as vegetables. Try to choose meat ribs for the soup so that there is a minimum of fat on them, then the dish will turn out evenly fatty. Specifically, pork ribs in this first dish are the basis, so they must be carefully selected.

Ingredients for making pork ribs soup:

  • water – 2.5-3 l
  • pork ribs – 350-400 g
  • potatoes – 300 g
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • sweet reddish pepper – 1 pc.
  • sunflower oil – 10-15 ml
  • herbs, salt, also spices - to taste

Recipe for making pork ribs soup:

Wash the ribs; if they are too long, cut them into several pieces. Place them in a saucepan, add half a peeled onion and chopped half a carrot. Fill with cool water and place the pan over medium heat. Cook the broth on the ribs for approximately 30-35 minutes, skimming off the foam. It should be emphasized that the ribs can be lightly fried before adding to the pan if you are not too fond of boiled pork.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium pieces. Add to the prepared meat broth. Then you can add salt to the rib soup and also add spices. Cook for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, grate the rest of the carrots on a small grater, cut the onion into small cubes, wash the reddish sweet pepper, cut out the middle and cut into thin strips.

Sauté these vegetables in sunflower oil, stirring them with a spatula. After almost 1.5-2 minutes, add the fried vegetables to the soup. Cook for another 10-15 minutes covered.
