Appetizing, fragrant, juicy and very tasty chicken wings cooked in the oven. The recipe is simple and tested, and the result is always predictably good. Feel free to cook it - a delicious, fiery appetizer or even a second course for the whole family.

Naturally, you can marinate and bake any part of a chicken carcass in this way, but I especially love the wings. Cooked chicken can be cooked not only in the oven, but also over coals on the grill.

The marinade base for chicken wings is soy sauce, vegetable oil and honey. There won't be any sweetness, don't worry, but the golden brown crust will literally blow your mind. Be sure to add garlic and a little mustard for aroma and special taste. Turmeric and paprika are natural dyes and flavoring additives. You can also spice up the wings with reddish ground pepper.

Making a dish step by step:

To make this tasty dish, we will need the following ingredients: chicken wings (1 kilogram is 10-13 pieces, depending on size), soy sauce, refined vegetable oil (I took sunflower) oil, garlic, natural honey, paprika, turmeric, table mustard, salt and ground dark pepper.

Let’s immediately create a marinade for chicken wings. In a large bowl or saucepan (in which we will leave the meat to marinate), pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil without aroma, 1 tablespoon of honey (if candied, melt it until it becomes watery), also a teaspoon of paprika, turmeric and mustard. Mix.

We clean and chop a couple of large cloves of fresh garlic using any convenient method. I put the garlic through a press, but you can grate it or chop it with a knife.

Additionally, add salt (half a teaspoon is enough for us) and a generous pinch of ground dark pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and the marinade is ready. By the way, I advise you to try it - in case there is not enough salt for you or you want something spicier.

Place the chicken wings directly into the bowl with the marinade. Of course, each one must be inspected and any remaining feathers removed, if any.

Mix everything carefully so that the fragrant sauce covers the wings on all sides. Girls, my advice for you: be sure to do this with gloves, because turmeric is a good natural dye. Later your manicure will be a nice carrot color. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate. Minimum – 1 hour at room temperature (if time is pressing). The best option is in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours (night (that is, the dark time of day) ).

Before cooking, turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. I have a gas oven, bottom heat, no convection. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment (baking paper).

Cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake the wings for another 20-25 minutes. Cooking time depends on the features of your oven.
