The recipe is simple and delicious for home baking - let's prepare a fragrant honey pie in a slow cooker. We can safely say that this is a baking recipe for beginners, because the cake is very simple to prepare and comes out consistently.

The finished honey pie will be very tender, airy and shaggy. It just melts in your mouth! Very tasty with a glass of milk or a cup of tea. It is also indescribably fragrant: ground cinnamon is a good natural flavoring. Whether you make fondant or not is up to you.

Such a pie can be prepared not only in a slow cooker (I have a Scarlett SC-411, device power 700 W, bowl size 4 l), but also in a regular oven. We bake it for about 1 hour in a previously preheated oven at 180 degrees.

The recipe for this savory and savory pastry includes wheat flour, sweet sand, natural honey, butter, ground cinnamon, baking soda and chicken eggs. In addition, for fudge we will take 2 tablespoons of milk and sugar, but it is not indispensable (optional).

We will prepare the dough for honey pie using the custard method, in other words, brew it in a water bath. To do this, prepare a suitable bowl for the dough and a saucepan with water in which this bowl will fit. Place a pan of water on the fire and bring it to a boil. In a bowl, combine chicken eggs, sweet sand, butter (I cut it into pieces so that it spreads faster) and natural honey (heaped tablespoons).

Heat everything in a water bath until the mixture becomes homogeneous and the butter and sugar dissolve. Stir the mixture constantly so that the eggs do not curl.

Then add ground cinnamon and baking soda. Mix everything. The mixture will increase in size.

Remove from heat and add sifted flour and mix everything thoroughly.

You will get a fairly thick and viscous dough.

Lightly grease the multicooker bowl (or baking dish) with butter (butter or vegetable) and pour out the dough.

Cook the honey pie on the Baking mode for exactly 1 hour. If you have the most powerful multicooker, it may take 45-50 minutes. In any case, check the readiness of the pie on a dry splinter. After baking, let the cake stand in the turned off multicooker for another 15-20 minutes. And we don’t take out the oven either, but turn it off and open the door.

  • 20 g butter;

  1. Pour the eggs and sugar into a large bowl and mix the ingredients until smooth. In the process, use a whisk or mixer.
