  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet (10 g) baking powder

  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • lemon zest from 1 small lemon or 0.5 large
  • 2 teaspoons thick jam (optional)

  1. Open a jar of canned peaches (apricots) and place them in a colander to drain while you prepare the food.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºС.
  • The dough prepares very quickly. Sift the flour together with the baking powder, add sugar (we are not sweet lovers, so I add 100 grams). Then add yoghurt, butter and lemon zest. Great, but not for long, stir with a spoon. The dough should be thick and sticky.

    To make one of the simple kefir-based desserts you will need:

    • 1 tbsp. kefir;
    • 80 g butter;
    • 1 tbsp. sweet sand;
    • 2 testicles;
    • 1 tbsp. wheat flour;
    • 12 g baking powder;
    • 0.25 kg canned peaches;
    • 0.5 bag of vanilla;
    • a pinch of salt.

    In order for the cake to come out tender and airy, you need to strictly follow these steps:

    • cottage cheese – 0.5 kg;
    • vanillin – 1 tbsp. l.;
    • peaches – 1 jar;
    • zest from 1 orange;
    • dry pudding mix – 1 sachet.
