Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, cumin, and oregano. Mix everything. One aspect - if you are counting calories when preparing food, then you need to pour cool water over the already cut potatoes for 0.5 hours and change the water 2 times during this period of time. Thus, we remove excess starch and happily eat this dish.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Grease the mold with softened butter.

First place the chopped onion on the bottom of the pan.

Then, as wonderful as it can be, we lay out the potatoes.
