  • flour sifted in advance and not cool, at room temperature - 2 tbsp.
  • boiling water (just boiled water) – 500 ml (or 2 tbsp.)
  • chicken egg C1 – 4 pcs.
  • sweet sand - 3.5-4 tbsp. l or to taste
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • baking soda – 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil without strong odors - 4 tbsp. l + you will need a little for frying

Remove the chicken eggs and drink from the refrigerator 1 hour before work. If you forgot to create this, then the drink can be heated in a water bath or in a microwave oven for 30 seconds (it should be warm, but not hot!).

In a deep container, combine salt and chicken eggs. The fundamental point, I wrote the deepest not by chance, take exactly such dishes. And beat with a mixer or blender (combine) until smooth. It is necessary that the eggs simply combine with salt.

This is the yellowish liquid without foam that will come out. Do not beat too much at this step, there is no point.

Next, pour in boiling water (water that has just boiled) and do it like this. Turn on the mixer and add water in a thin stream. Don’t be afraid, the testicles won’t curl, I’ll answer this question in advance. The first time I did it myself, I was also afraid. Due to the water, the mass will immediately increase in volume and bubbles will appear.

Once all the boiling water has been used up, add the entire drink, sugar and soda, and continue whisking. Do you see what happened? There is much more foam! Wow! That’s why I warned in advance that the dishes must be very deep.

Now there is only one, or rather two, ingredients left: flour and vegetable oil. Add flour in parts, constantly whisking on medium. The mass is due to the fact that the languid flour will immediately begin to fall. And the bubbly mixture will begin to disappear over time and transform into a thickness that suits us.

The pancake dough is almost ready! One aspect left, let it sit for 20-30 minutes and rest. So that all the components come together in an unmatched way. If it sits with you longer, it happens for me for 1-2 hours. Sometimes you start it, and then you need to go outside, or something else comes up. It’s okay, cover the cup with a lid so that it doesn’t dry out, and continue later.

Before baking, pour in vegetable oil and stir with a ladle.

To make the pancakes a success, first heat the pans well. Then lubricate them with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Then turn the stove setting to medium and only after that apply the first layer of dough.

This needs to be done very quickly, because if the dough slowly spreads across the pan, the layer will not be narrow and there will be fewer holes. Again, for the cake they are not so important to us this time. Once the edges have browned, take a spatula and turn the workpiece over to the other side. Bake the 2nd side usually much faster than the 1st. Place all purchased pancakes in a stack.

Naturally, you can already eat them with jam or condensed milk or apricot jam. But we move on to the next part.

Well, the pancakes are ready and another adventure awaits them. Specifically, we will lubricate them with a special cream, which is prepared with sour cream. Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 1 can or 470 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.

To make sour cream, mix sweet sand and sour cream in a bowl. Stir with a spoon until all the grains have dissolved. Or you can entrust this work to a kitchen assistant, a mixer for example. Taste it, nothing needs to be crunchy.

Advice! You can also cheat: just let the sour cream sweet mass stand on the table and all the grains will disperse on their own due to time.
