First you need to melt honey and butter in a water bath. The liquid should be cooled, then add egg and sour cream to it. Before adding flour, the mass must be mixed well. Lastly, add soda. It must be mixed thoroughly so that the product rises moderately. The honey dough comes out homogeneous and airy.

Next, the dough is poured into a greased mold. You can use a silicone mold or oiled parchment. Bake the pie in a preheated oven (approximate temperature 180 degrees) for 60 minutes. The degree of readiness is checked with a toothpick. The baked product is left in the mold for 10 minutes, after which it is transferred to a dish. Honey pie can be smeared with cream, soaked in syrup, or supplemented with your favorite ingredients: berries, chocolate, chopped fruit, nuts, etc. (see photo).

Honey pie with apples

The pie made with apples is no less tasty. Fruit slices add special flavor notes to the delicacy. It is best to choose firm, sour fruit varieties, which will help maintain the shape of the slices during baking and ensure that the dish is evenly sweet. Pieces of apples can be added to the dough made according to a traditional recipe, or prepared in a subsequent way.

Beat 4 eggs and 100 g of sweet sand. To them add 200 g of melted margarine and 3 tbsp. l. honey Mix everything thoroughly, add 1 tsp. soda and 1 and a half cup of flour. The result should be a homogeneous, not very watery, but iridescent mass. 0.5 kg of apples, peeled and cut into large pieces, are dipped into it. Bake the pie for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Honey pie with kefir

Honey pie dough can be prepared using kefir. To do this you need to take the following products:

  • 2 testicles;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 4 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • 2 cups of flour.

In this manufacturing method, the rise and fluffiness of the cake is ensured by the suppression of soda with kefir, so vinegar is not used. First, beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Cool the finished pie without removing it from the bowl. For completion, custard made from 250 ml of milk, 1 small egg, 3 tbsp. l. sweet sand, 2 tbsp. l. flour and vanilla extract. It is necessary to mix all the ingredients, except milk. The final product should be placed on the stove and heated. Pour the egg mixture into it; this should be done very slowly, but you must constantly stir the liquid until it becomes sufficiently thick.

Sweet pies made from honey dough

From honey dough you can make small flour products, for example pies. For this recipe you will need:

  • wheat flour - 400 g;
  • natural honey - 100 g;
  • sweet powder - 250 g;
  • testicle - 3 pcs.;
  • margarine - 60 g;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • cocoa - 2 tsp;
  • crushed walnuts - 1/3 cup;
  • 300 g apples and sugar.

Beat the eggs together with honey, sugar and cocoa powder. Melt the margarine over moderate heat, cool and pour into the egg foam. Pour chopped nuts and flour combined with soda into the mixture. The dough is kneaded and allowed to rest. Meanwhile, prepare the filling from peeled, grated apples and sugar.

Crystallized honey must be brought to a watery state, for example in the microwave, then mixed in a bowl with butter and sweet sand.
