Turkey meat for making cutlets can be finely chopped with a knife or a cleaver, or crushed in a meat grinder (blender). Finely chopped onions should be added to the meat to make the dish juicier. Chopped pumpkin and zucchini pulp also harmonizes well in turkey cutlets.

Crumb from a snow-white bun, soaked in milk, should also be added to the minced turkey meat. Add an egg for a bunch of goods, salt, and other seasonings to taste.

From well-kneaded minced meat, make cutlets by wetting your hands in water, roll them in breading (breadcrumbs, crushed oatmeal flakes), place them in heated vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until they are ready.

Turkey cutlets can be served with side dishes - mashed potatoes, stewed vegetable stew, boiled pasta, rice, fresh vegetable salads.
