Ingredients

  • Raw eggs: 1-2 pcs.
  • Starch, flour: 1 tbsp. l.
  • Milk, water: 50 ml
  • Salt, spices: to taste
  • Boiled chicken meat: 150-170 g
  • Daikon or celery root: 100 g
  • Pickled cucumber: 100-120 g
  • Korean carrots: 75-100 g
  • Processed sausage cheese: 100 g
  • Medium apple: 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise: 150 ml

Lightly beat the eggs with flour and milk until smooth.

Using the whipped mixture, fry the omelette in a wide frying pan. Salt and add spices to your own taste.

Roll the purchased pancake and slice it thinly across.

Mix mayonnaise with grated peeled apple.

Add chopped garlic clove if desired.

Grind the peeled daikon and sausage cheese using a Korean carrot grater (you can use a regular one with medium cells).

Cut the chicken meat into strips, grate the cucumber and squeeze out the juice, season the mixture with mayonnaise.

Assemble the salad in layers on a wide plate using a cooking ring.

Be sure to apply a little mayonnaise dressing to any layer and spread with a fork.

Place the first layer of omelette shavings (you can sprinkle with green onions), and top with daikon (add salt to taste).

Next is a mixture of meat and cucumber.

Then distribute the Korean carrots (remove excess marinade in advance).
