Then it is wrapped in film and kept in the cold for a couple of hours. Some housewives prefer watery mixtures for marinade. Most often, vinegar diluted with water or wine is used. First, let's make the marinade. Prepare garlic, ground paprika, vegetable oil, dark pepper and salt.

Squeeze about 5 cloves of garlic, add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of dark pepper, and a couple of tablespoons of paprika. Pour vegetable oil over it all and mix well. The marinade for roasting the goose is ready!
