  • khmeli-suneli – 4 tsp;
  • tomato paste – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

  • hops-suneli - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • rice – 100 g;
  • tkemali - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • green cilantro – 1 bunch;
  • salt.

  • carrots – 2 pcs.;

  • bay leaf – 3 pcs.;
  • coriander – 1 tsp;
  • reddish pepper – 1 tsp;
  • hops-suneli - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • tkemali - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil.
