Recipe for “The most tender chicken liver in a slow cooker”:
1. I washed the liver, peeled off the film and cut it into pieces.
2. Now I need to chop the onions.
I cut it into half rings. You can make them not very thin. 3. At the moment I am preparing a dressing for the liver.
To do this, I put tomato paste in a separate container, and add sour cream and flour. All ingredients are pepper and salt. Now I mix all the ingredients well and add 2 multicooker glasses of water to them (160 ml in one glass). And again I mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture appears.
4. On the multicooker, set the “frying” mode for 10 minutes.
I pour a little vegetable oil into the mold, lay out the chicken liver and onions, mix and fry the products, stirring them from time to time. In this case, the multicooker lid must be open.
5. After this, I pour the sour cream dressing over the liver and add a bay leaf.
I close the lid of the multicooker and set the “quenching” mode for 10 minutes.
That's it, the dish is ready.
