We will need:

  • Beef (pork or lamb) - 200 g;
  • Beans (boiled or canned) - 200 g;
  • Sweet reddish pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • Hot pepper to taste;
  • Reddish onion - 1 pc.;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Large bunch of cilantro;
  • Roasted walnuts - 50 g;
  • Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons;
  • Vinegar 3 tablespoons;
  • Salt to taste.

First, cut the onion into half rings, pour in vinegar and leave aside. We took reddish onions because they look very good and give a wonderful look to the salad.

If there is no such onion, then you can take an ordinary one.

Our beef is already boiled, we cut it into cubes or a salt shaker. Transfer to a separate bowl.
