It is impossible to imagine a modern kitchen without a multicooker. It is especially appreciated when you want to pamper your family, and there is no desire to “soar the apartment.” Right now I’m having just such a day. Craving something sweet and sour for tea. And there is little time left.

There weren't enough currants from the last harvest in the freezer. That's exactly what we'll put into action.

We will prepare biscuit dough. Therefore, for the dough we use only granulated sugar - in no case sweet powder. If desired, you can add vanilla, lemon juice and zest to the dough.

How to make berry pie with frozen or fresh berries

The pie is easy to make and I usually involve the kids in this process; you can cook it with any berries and in our family it is the most beloved, juicy and airy dessert. In season, we take the freshest raspberries, cherries, strawberries, and apples. In winter, frozen. If desired, you can use jam.

Ingredients:
