  • cream – 200 ml;
  • rice flour - a tablespoon;
  • sour cream - a large spoon;
  • salt and spices - at your discretion.

Manufacturing method:

  1. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Dip fish and onion into bubbling cream, season, add salt and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Add rice flour and, stirring, cook until thickened.
  5. Mix with sour cream and finely chopped herbs.
  6. Place mashed potatoes in a thin layer into baking molds or cocotte makers.
  7. Arrange the fish with the sauce.
  8. Cover the fish layer with a layer of potatoes.
  9. Bake until a tender crust appears.
  10. Sprinkle peas and corn on top, after which the dish can be served.
