“Royal” salad with seafood and red caviar will take center stage on your festive table.
A salad is prepared from a sea cocktail (mussels, squid, shrimp, octopus), with the addition of boiled eggs and hard cheese. Garnished with salmon caviar.
There is nothing complicated in manufacturing. All products are laid out in layers and coated with mayonnaise. Please note that before serving the dish, you definitely need to give it time - the seafood salad with red caviar should sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the layers are soaked.
Ingredients
- frozen sea cocktail – 400 g
- chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
- hard cheese – 100 g
- reddish caviar (salmon) – 0.5 cans
- mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp. l.
Manufacturing
Boil the seafood cocktail in bubbling, lightly salted water for 3 minutes. Place in a colander to drain all the liquid. The composition may include shrimp, mussels, squid, octopus and other seafood. If they are very large, then you can cut them into smaller pieces. And special attention should be paid to mussels, tearing off the “beards”.
Hard-boil chicken eggs, cool and peel. Grind on a grater.
Grate the cheese too.
Place seafood in the first layer on a plate. Lightly pour mayonnaise sauce on top.
2nd layer - egg. Coat with mayonnaise.
3rd layer - cheese. There is no need to lubricate it.
Draw a mesh pattern on top with mayonnaise and place reddish caviar in the sections.

A very tasty salad with squid and red caviar. The layers in this salad will be repeated twice, so the salad comes out rich in taste and very satisfying. Made it for my son's birthday.
To make the salad we will need: a can of canned squid, reddish caviar, eggs, potatoes, hard cheese, dill and mayonnaise.
Remove the squid from the jar, cut into strips and place half on the bottom of the salad bowl. Spread with mayonnaise.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate them separately. Place half of the whites on top of the squid. Spread with mayonnaise.
Grate the potatoes, place half of them on top of the whites and grease them with mayonnaise again. It’s better to just create a mayonnaise mesh, then the salad will be the most airy.
Grate hard cheese.
Place half the cheese on top of the potatoes and spread with mayonnaise.
Repeat the layers in the same order: squid-whites-potatoes-cheese. Lubricate between the layers with mayonnaise. Lubricate the top layer only on the sides and lay out the grated yolks.
Place reddish caviar in mounds on top of the cheese with a teaspoon. Garnish with dill.

Let's start making:
– defrost the squid, clean it, rinse it under running water, then put it in a pan with boiling water and boil it for 4 minutes. Then remove from the pan, place on a sieve, allow excess moisture to drain and cut into small cubes;
– we also cut the salmon fillet into small cubes;
– Sprinkle the thawed shrimp generously with lemon juice. Peel the garlic, chop finely and add it to the shrimp, seasoning with black pepper on top. Marinate for 10-15 minutes;
– boil hard-boiled eggs, cool in cool water, peel, and finely chop;
– wash the tomatoes, remove the juice and seeds with a teaspoon, and cut the pulp into small cubes;
– mix everything in one bowl and season with mayonnaise;
– put the salad into tartlets, decorate with red caviar and put it in the refrigerator to wait in the wings.
Serve the salad on the table, garnished with fresh herbs!

I tried this salad for the first time for the new year and I liked it so much that I just started to amaze everyone and prepare it for almost any holiday. Be it the new year, birthday or March 8th. And especially my wife is in ecstasy. She likes him quite a lot. Let's try it and see for yourself.
Ingredients:
- Reddish caviar - 1 jar;
- Hard cheese - 100 gr.;
- Squid - 500 gr.;
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- Testicle - 6 pcs.;
- Crab sticks - 200 gr.;
- Mayonnaise - 200 gr.;
- Salt, pepper - to taste.
But don’t forget that there is still a thin film. We delete it too. And they will be much softer.
3. Now boil and chop the potatoes.
You don’t need to add a lot of potatoes and cheese so as not to overwhelm the taste of the caviar and squid.

Ingredients:
- Squid - 600 gr.;
- Shrimp - 500 gr.;
- Crab sticks - 1 pack, but canned crab meat is ideal;

- Eggs - 5 pcs.;

Be sure to throw the shrimp into boiling water, otherwise they will lose their own taste. And don’t overcook them yet, otherwise they will become rubbery and stop being juicy.

I thought for a long time about how to assemble it. The fact is that I don’t like to ask, but experiment on my own. Just by looking and tasting the salad, I selected the ingredients and made it. Now I want to share a secret with you. It is not very different from the previous recipe, but there is still a change.
- Squid - 500 gr.;
- Shrimp - 350 gr.;
- Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
- Salmon caviar - 1 jar;
- Quail egg - 1 pc.;
- Parsley - 4 sprigs;
- Dill - 4 sprigs;
- Pitted olives - half a jar;
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
- Salt - to taste;
- Flavored peppercorns - 5 pcs.
1. As in the salads above, first prepare the squid, clean, cook, cut.
2. Throw salt, pepper, bay leaf into a pan of water and when the water boils, throw in raw shrimp. Cook for 1–2 minutes. And when they float out and the shell becomes more transparent, it means they are ready.
If you have store-bought ready-made shrimp, just frozen, then fill them with water and let them sit for a little while and thaw. We'll cut them into small pieces, of course you don't have to cut them, at your discretion.
6. Later we add shrimp, egg whites, mayonnaise again, caviar, and a quail egg in the center of the caviar.
7. Now we decorate the sides with herbs and olives.

I would like to write about another very tasty salad, which I really liked and I hope you will like it. It has another title: “Seafood”. This dish, I’ll tell you, is not cheap, but it’s worth it. Try it once and you'll want more. They make it mainly for the new year, and before the holiday arrives, I will tell you the secret of making it.
Ingredients:
- Crab sticks - 300 gr.;
- Peeled shrimp - 350 gr.;
- Clam - 2 pcs.;
- Mussels - 250 gr.;
- Caviar - 4 spoons;
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml;
- Salt - to taste;
- Testicles - 4 pcs.
1. Cook the shrimp, see how to cook it above.
2. Peel the mussels, rinse well to remove sand, place in boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Clean the squid and let it cook. Place the clams in boiling salted water; when the water boils, take them out, pour out the water, and cut into strips.
4. Boil the eggs, peel, remove the yolk (it is not needed for this salad), chop the white finely.
5. Grind the crab sticks into strips.
6. Combine all the products, add mayonnaise, salt and caviar.
7. You can decorate with herbs and put more shrimp on top.
