Have a nice day, readers! Now I will share with you a good recipe for making squid. We will create a salad with them, and it will be very tasty. This option is more winter, hearty, with fried mushrooms. In the summer, I often cook this seafood with cucumbers and eggs.
I prefer sour cream as a dressing in this recipe so that there are fewer calories. And for the most catchy taste I add mustard. This salad would be appropriate on a formal table or just for dinner for the whole family.

The most delicious salad with squid and mushrooms
You need the freshest herbs here, it’s better to take dill, otherwise it won’t be the same. But green onions are also suitable; they mix well with all products.
Compound:
- squid - 400 gr.
- champignon mushrooms - 200 gr.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- dill - 0.5 bunch
- vegetable oil for frying
1. Let the eggs boil hard. From the moment of boiling, time it for 8 minutes. If you cook longer, the yolk will turn grey. And so it remains a beautiful yellowish color. After cooking, pour cool water over the eggs, this will help them clean better.
2. Rinse the mushrooms and clean the caps. Also update the cut on the stem. Cut them into strips: first, a whole champignon lengthwise, then crosswise.
3.Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms and fry them over high heat, stirring occasionally, until all the water has evaporated.
4. Cut the onion (quite a lot of it here) into half rings.
5. My mushrooms stayed in the pan for 6 minutes. Now it was enough for them to begin to blush. Add onions to them and fry everything together until very golden. Naturally, you need to stir.
I no longer add oil so as not to make the salad too greasy. Everything will cook perfectly on the non-stick coating.
6.In about 10 minutes everything will be ready. All that remains is to add salt and pepper to taste. Be sure to try and see what happens. If you don't have enough salt, add what you need. And if you over-salted it, then don’t put salt in the dressing.
7. It is necessary to put about 2 liters on fire in advance. water. When it boils, add salt and cook the squid. I didn’t have them cleaned, so I had to tinker. If you have already peeled ones, then cook them for 30 seconds after the water boils and immediately transfer them to cool water, preferably even with ice. In this way, the manufacturing process will stop and the seafood will not become rubbery.
If your squids are not cleaned, remove their insides and chord. Place in boiling water and cook for half a minute and cool. Then wash thoroughly, removing the skin. Clean the films inside and outside with your hands. Wash again with clean water.
8.Cut the cooked seafood into strips.
9. Separate the white from the yolk of eggs. Place the yolks in sour cream and cut the whites into strips. Add to the salad bowl with the squid.
10. Wash the greens and chop finely. I used dill, you can use onions. Also put it in a common “cauldron”.
11. All that remains is to unload the cooled mushrooms and onions and the salad is almost ready.
12.Make the dressing. Mash the yolks that were set aside in the sour cream with a fork.
13.Add mustard, a little salt and pepper. Mix the sauce well.
14. Season the resulting mixture with the chopped ingredients, combine them together and the salad is ready.

Recipe for “Salad with squid and mushrooms”:
Peel the squid and cook for 2 minutes in boiling water, cool and cut into strips. Chop the nuts finely. Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in vegetable oil over high heat until golden. Grate the cheese.

The thing is, I really like the combination of these products. These salads are very satisfying and have a certain fascinating taste. The shellfish is popular not only because of its taste, but it is also good for health. It contains a lot of necessary substances, vitamins, minerals and other parts. And mushrooms have many necessary parameters and, if you combine them together, you get a fortified dish.
How to prepare a salad with squid, mushrooms and fried onions
I make this very tasty salad all the time, as if for a birthday. So it is when you want to eat something exotic. A pleasant and delicate tasting dish will amaze you and your friends. Try it and see for yourself.
We will need:
- Onion - 2 pcs.;
- Testicles - 5 pcs.;
- Carrots - 1 pc.;
- Butter - 150 gr.;
- Squid - 350 gr.;
- Boletus mushrooms - 300 gr.;
- Salt, pepper - to taste;
- Mayonnaise - 50 gr.
1. First, cut the mushrooms and set them to cook. To do this, we need to pour water into a saucepan and add butter, cook for about 10 minutes. Then drain the water, pour in new water and cook for another 10 minutes.
Don’t forget to remove the slippery film on the cap from the boletus in advance, so it won’t taste bitter.
2. When the mushrooms are cooked, take a frying pan and start frying them in butter, about 15–20 minutes.
3. Next, we begin to prepare the squid; you can watch the video on how to clean them.
But don’t forget to clean off the thin film inside and outside. This will make the clam even softer and more tender.
Boil them in salted water. First, we wait until the water boils, throw in the squid and again wait until it boils, then take it out.
4. Cut the squid into small strips.
5. Now chop the onion and start frying it in a frying pan with melted butter (80 g) and fry until golden brown. When our onion is cooked, add chopped squid there. Fry for about 2 minutes.
6. Next, chop the eggs and carrots.
7. Throw in our seafood product, add salt and pepper, mushrooms and season with mayonnaise. Mix.
Recipe for making squid and egg salad
I suggest you try another delicious salad. I think you will like it. It will decorate any formal table. Because there is nothing complicated in this salad; you can make it on weekdays.
We will need:
- Squid - 350 gr.;
- Champignon mushrooms - 200 gr.;
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- Testicles - 3 pcs.;
- Pepper, salt - to taste;
- Cheese - 150 gr.;
- Mustard - a little less than a tablespoon;
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.
1. Squid (see the recipe above for how to clean and cook) cut into strips.
2. Chop the mushrooms and fry in sunflower oil until they become soft and slightly yellow. There is no need to overcook.
3. Remove the seeds from the tomato and chop the rest.
4. Cut the eggs into cubes using an egg slicer or just a knife.
5. Finely chop the greens.
6. Make the refueling. Mix mustard with olive oil.
7. Now we combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pour our dressing on top.

Regular salad with squid and mushrooms according to a very tasty recipe
I would like to outline one more salad for you. I think you will really like it. It is as simple and delicious as the ones above, despite the fact that it does not have enough ingredients.
We will need:
- Squid – 350 gr. (3 carcasses);
- Fresh mushrooms - 200 gr.;
- Lemon juice - 0.5 teaspoon;
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- Testicles - 2 pcs.;
- Salt - to taste;
- Mayonnaise.
1. Boil squid in salted water. First, we wait until the water boils, throw in the squid and wait until it boils again, then take it out. In any recipe, I cook and clean it identically, because see above how to create it.
2. Later, chop the onions and mushrooms.
3. Take a frying pan and fry the onions in it until transparent, then add the mushrooms and cook until they become soft and golden brown. Don't forget to add a little salt. Let them cool.
4. Now boil the eggs, peel them and chop them finely.
5. Chop 2 small cucumbers into small cubes.
6. Now add squid, eggs, and cucumber to the overcook. Add lemon juice and squeeze out mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients.
If you want to put it on a formal table, you can decorate it with some greenery. The salad is ready, sit down and eat.
