Banana pudding in a steamer
Tender banana pudding, cooked in a double boiler, is perfect for a savory and satisfying breakfast that will appeal to both children and adults.
Ingredients
- 4 medium bananas
- 200-250 ml milk
- 100 g semolina
- 2 testicles
Recipe for making a dish at home
- Beat the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add semolina, stir and pour in milk in a narrow stream.
- Peel the bananas and cut into slices approximately 0.5 cm wide. Place banana slices in a steaming dish and pour in the egg-milk mixture.
- Steam the banana pudding in a steamer for 40 minutes. Then let it cool completely, remove it from the mold and cut it into portions. Bon appetit!

I would like to offer banana lovers a pudding that consists of affordable goods, is very necessary, and most importantly, it is steamed!
Ingredients for Steamed Banana Pudding:
- Banana - 3 pcs
- Sugar - 120 g
- Milk - 1 cup.
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs
- Wheat flour / Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
- Honey - 1 tbsp. l.
- Vanillin (pinch)
- Vegetable oil (for greasing molds)

Steam Banana Pudding Recipe:
Cut the bananas into pieces and grind in a blender
Mix sugar, milk, eggs, honey, vanillin and flour

Banana pudding in a steamer
Another recipe for those with a double boiler.
It turns out to be a very good pudding; it can be served either cool or slightly warm. Be sure to serve it with something fresh or sour, with berries, watermelon, unsweetened fruits. By itself it is quite rich. Also, be careful with sugar. If the bananas are very sweet, add very little sugar, otherwise the pudding will turn out cloying. I don't add sugar at all. In the recipe I give the amount of sugar for not very sweet bananas.
The recipe is very simple and fast, everything is done in 5 minutes.
3 bananas
1/2 cup sugar (or less to taste, depending on the sweetness of the bananas)
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp.
wheat flour Cinnamon, vanilla and other spices to taste
Mix all ingredients, excluding spices, in a blender and pour into molds.
Can be cooked in one large pan. Cook for approximately 25 minutes depending on the power of the steamer.
Serve with mint leaves, berries, unsweetened fruits, watermelon. Sprinkle the finished pudding with ground cinnamon, vanilla or other spices to taste.
You can reduce the portion, this amount comes out to be quite a lot.
