This unique recipe preserves the traditions of real aristocrats, revealing the fullness of taste and properties of natural goods of the Brest-Litovsk land. It has long been a custom in Belarusian families that pancake bags filled with various variations of gastronomy products must certainly be prepared only from the highest quality products.

- Hard cheese (“Brest-Litovsk” light/traditional) – 200 g
- Ham - 200 g
- Butter (“Brest-Litovsk”) – 20
- Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- Chicken egg (country) - 3 pcs.
- Milk (“Brest-Litovsk” 3.4-4%) - 300 ml
- Green onion - 1 bunch.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar
- Salt

Recipe for pancake bags:
So, to make this unique treat we will need some ingredients.
Mix eggs and 250 ml of Brest-Litovsk whole milk, season them with salt and sugar to taste.
Shake the milk-egg mixture and, without stirring, add the flour evenly. Pour olive oil into the dough and add the remaining milk. Continue shaking the dough until all lumps dissolve.
We bake our pancakes in a hot frying pan, greased with butter.
They turn out excellent - with a rich taste.
It's time for the inside.
Boil the chicken fillet in lightly salted water and finely cut into cubes. We also finely chop the ham. A special highlight of the interior is the “Brest-Litovsk” cheese. “Brest-Litovsk Traditional” is ideal for this recipe. The natural, ordinary taste of cheese will make our treat special for all guests. Grate the cheese on a small grater. Then we combine all the ingredients for the inside.
Place the resulting mixture in the center of the pancake, and for extra juiciness add another small piece of butter.
We lift the edges of our pancake up and form a “bag”. We skillfully tie it with an onion stalk. You can involve the whole family in the design of pancake bags.
Having tied all the bags, place the pancakes on a greased pan.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the pancakes for no more than 3 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the bags to simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Choose delicious products, delight your loved ones with a tasty treat and save your family.
