Wheat flour - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 glass

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs

Salt - 1 teaspoon (optional)

1. Wash the apples, cut them into halves and remove the core and seeds. Then cut into cubes or slices, at your discretion.

2. Now let's do the dough. Beat the eggs, then add sugar to them and beat well again with a mixer until snow-white foam. You can also use a blender, it won't be any worse. In general, whatever is at hand. The main thing is to beat until a snow-white fluffy foam.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it and smooth it out. Preheat the oven in advance to 180-190 degrees. Then place the baking sheet there for 30-35 minutes (don’t forget to check readiness with a wood stick or toothpick).

5. When the pie is ready, remove from the oven, let cool and transfer to a towel or cutting board. Charlotte came out golden brown and with a crispy crust. And the inside is airy and warm.

Refined oil – 50 ml

Soda - 1 tsp. (without slide)

Vinegar - for slaking soda

Manufacturing:

1. To begin, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until large. Pour the mixture into a deep bowl.

2. Then pour the drink in and stir. Next add the sifted flour. Stir the dough until smooth. Add baking soda, quenched with vinegar, stir again and leave to brew for 10-15 minutes. After this, pour in the vegetable oil and stir until it is completely dispersed. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.

You can also use baking powder instead of quenched soda - 1 heaped teaspoon.

3. Place parchment paper in a baking pan and grease with butter. Then pour the dough into it and smooth it over the entire surface.

4. Apples can be peeled. Remove their pits and cut into thin slices. Then stick them into the pie so that they are spaced sparingly. Now you can put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

You can, by the way, first place some of the chopped fruit on the bottom of the baking sheet, then fill it with dough, and later place them on top.

5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, then remove and let cool for 10-15 minutes. After cooling, you can remove the finished pie from the baking sheet, cut into portions and enjoy.

  2. Peel the apples, remove the stem and core. Cut the apples into thin slices. To prevent the apples from darkening, they must be sprinkled with lemon juice.
  3. Beat the butter (softened) with a mixer with sweet sand. Gradually beat the eggs into the creamy mixture and continue beating.
  4. Sift the flour and mix with salt and baking powder.
  5. Pour the flour into the butter with the eggs and add the raisins. Mix everything well.
