I read somewhere that in advanced countries several million documents are spoiled every year, and only because a slice of pizza was placed on their “case”. Our problem is identical, although of a slightly different nature. People spill coffee or beer on our documents. I knew one programmer who managed to spill condensed milk on the keyboard and important documents. This is probably my favorite.
No matter how much nutritionists write about the dangers of pizza, it is difficult to agree with them. Well, think about it - a large amount of vitamins E, A, K, olive oil containing unsaturated fatty acids that lower cholesterol (Insoluble in water, soluble in fats and organic solvents.) . Completely natural products in the interior, selected flour for dough, herbs, vegetables. At the same time, by the way, practically nothing is fried or baked in advance.
Looking through traditional Italian pizza recipes, I was a little taken aback by how little fish is used as pizza interior. But fish is a source of those unsaturated fatty acids, which, like olive oil, help the body.
There are options for pizza with seafood, pizza with mussels, pizza with tuna and tomatoes. The recipes are very excellent, the pizza comes out delicious. But, that’s right, the bulk of Italian recipes are vegetables, poultry and sausage.
I will offer a recipe for a good and very tasty pizza with salmon or salmon, a minimum of ingredients, a minimum of labor costs. The usual interior of mozzarella, smoked salmon and homemade tomato sauce.
Ingredients for pizza with salmon
- Pizza dough 400 g
- Smoked salmon or salmon 100 g
- Mozzarella 100 g
- Homemade tomato sauce 3 tbsp. l.

- Pizza with salmon is especially tasty on a soft and rather fluffy dough. Prepare yeast-free or yeast dough. We use an easy pizza dough recipe. We simply repeat the pizza dough recipe and the dough comes out as it should.

Combine yeast, sugar and a tablespoon of flour in a cup.
Pour water into it - it must be warm - mix thoroughly and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl for kneading the dough, combine a glass of flour, olive oil and salt.
Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl.
Knead the dough: first with a spoon, and later with your hands. Add flour or water as needed if the dough is very liquid or very crumbly. Cover the dough ball with film and remove the bowl to a warm space for half an hour.
In the meantime, prepare the filling: cut the salmon into these “mini-steaks” no more than 0.5 cm wide.
Cut the mozzarella balls into thin slices.
Onions - in half rings.
Tomato – in thin slices.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour, place the dough on it and stretch it, forming an even round shape.
We spread the filling. You can create it in a random order, or you can get a little creative. We put the salmon in first, forming these concentric circles.
Between the salmon rings and along the edge, at a small distance, place mozzarella slices.
Fill the remaining space with tomato slices. Place onion half rings on top.
We complete the composition by sprinkling the pizza sparingly with dried oregano. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, on the bottom shelf and bake the pizza in it for 20 minutes. Watch the edge of the pizza: when it begins to brown, the baking sheet can already be removed from the oven.
Serve the pizza hot. Bon appetit!

The set of ingredients used in this recipe is ordinary, but there are small secrets of making the dough, following which the pizza will be like in a pizzeria! The main thing for pizza is the dough and reddish sauce, and {filling} can be anything. Now I'm going to make fish pizza.
Ingredients for Pizza with Salmon, Shrimp and Cheese:
Dough
- Wheat flour / Flour - 200 g
- Yeast (Dry) - 3 g
- Water (Warm 40 degrees) - 120 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 pinch.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Reddish sauce
- Tomatoes in their juice - 120 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil - 10 g
- Salt - 1 pinch.
- Sugar - 1 pinch.
- Basil - 1 pinch.
- Oregano - 1 pinch.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
Interior
- Salmon – 200 g
- Shrimp – 200 g
- Mozzarella – 200 g
- Onion - 1 pc.

Recipe for “Pizza with salmon, shrimp and cheese”:
Turn on the oven at 40 degrees.
Pour 100 g into a deep bowl. warm water, add a pinch of sugar, yeast, 3 tsp. flour. Mix well, cover with a towel and leave for 12 minutes.
Dissolves salt in the remaining water.
Sift the flour into a separate bowl. In the center of the flour we make a small depression and add a solution with yeast and salt from it, mix, add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable small.
Place the dough on the table and begin to knead intensively; do not add flour during the process! Knead the dough for 4-7 minutes until the dough becomes elastic and stops sticking to your hands.
Roll the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with a damp towel, and place in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
While the dough is infusing, create the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan. Finely chop the garlic and place in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes in their juice, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, one pinch each - salt, sugar, basil, oregano. Stir the sauce and bring it to a boil.
Using an immersion blender, smooth the sauce and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes.
Boil the fish for 10 minutes in salted water, remove bones and chop finely.
Cut the onion into thin rings.
Grate or cut the cheese.
The dough has increased 3 times.
Pour a couple of drops of vegetable oil onto your hands. Remove the dough from the bowl, knead it a little, and roll into a ball.
Pour a LOT of flour onto the table (5-6 tbsp.) While rolling out the dough, don’t be shy with flour, there should be a lot of it!
Place the dough on a mound with flour, sprinkle flour on top of the dough.
The next step is rolling out the dough. NO ROLLING ROLLING ROLL, STRETCH THE DOUGH WITH YOUR HANDS.
We begin to stretch the dough from the center, stepping back 2-3 cm from the edge for the sides. We don’t touch the dough on the sides, we don’t knead it so that the sides come out fluffy and beautiful.
While stretching the dough, sprinkle with flour, turn the dough over and stretch with your hands. When the circle of dough stretches to 18-20 cm, quickly place the dough on the palm of your hand and transfer it to your hands, very carefully so as not to tear it (You can do without acrobatic tricks, then just stretch it with your hands)
Remove (shake off) excess flour.
Take a baking sheet, no parchment, no oil, no silicone mat! Turn our baking sheet upside down and lay out the dough. We form an even circle, press only in the center, don’t touch the sides, don’t crumple them!
Lubricate the base with the prepared sauce, leaving 1 cm from the edge.
We spread the filling - onions, fish, shrimp, cheese.
Turn on the oven at 250 degrees. While the oven is heating up, our pizza preparation will have little rest.
Bake the pizza for 10 minutes at the highest power of your oven (250 degrees).
Serve pizza with remaining tomato sauce.
PS In order to heat up any pizza, do not put it in the microwave (Microwave radiation, ultra-high frequency radiation - electromagnetic radiation, including the decimeter, centimeter and millimeter range of radio waves) , so it will become soft, just put the cool pizza on a dry frying pan, on low heat, the pizza will warm up and will be just like cooked.

Ingredients:
- Yeast dough – 500 g
- Ketchup or tomato paste – 4 tbsp.
- Raw reddish fish (salmon, salmon, trout, coho salmon, etc.) – 200 g
- Pitted olives – 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 100 g
- Sweet pepper – 50 g
- Cream or curd cheese – 50g

Let's start making pizza:

Pickle the onion. To do this, cut it into half rings and add 1 tsp. sugar and 0.5 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. vinegar
Step 3
Roll out the dough 0.5 cm wide and place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Coat the dough with tomato ketchup.
Step 4
Place marinated fish on the dough, spreading it moderately on the surface of the dough

Next, distribute the onions, cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers, cut into cubes
