I tested a couple, and here is the recipe that impressed me, with a few minor tweaks and tweaks. In my opinion, specifically it is very close to the original, and for my taste it even surpasses the original)).
As for the cream, I prefer these cookies without it, but in principle, any kind of butter will do. Homemade Oreo cookies have a rich chocolate flavor and a crunchy texture.
Let's prepare the ingredients for the test. We weigh out all the ingredients according to the recipe and mix the flour and cocoa.
Sweet powder can be prepared at home using a coffee grinder. It will be suitable for testing.
Beat butter with sweet powder and add egg. Add all dry ingredients in three additions.
The dough should not stick to your hands, and it should not be watery, otherwise it will spill during baking. Place the finished dough in the cold for 30-60 minutes.
Roll out the chilled dough. For convenience, you can roll directly on parchment. Using a textured rolling pin, apply the relief and cut out circles 2 cm in diameter. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven. Don't keep the cookies for too long.
Cool the finished cookies on the sheet and then remove. The cookies come off the paper unsurpassed.
The cream requires soft butter, sweet powder and milk.
Beat the butter. Then add sweet powder without stopping the process. When the cream becomes fluffy, add milk a teaspoon at a time, continuing to whisk.
Apply the cream onto the cookies through a pastry envelope. You can use a spoon, but it’s more careful.
We connect both halves and press down slightly. The cream will be distributed moderately over the surface.
