  • 3 glasses of water;
  • one medium apple;
  • a tablespoon of dark, reddish or greenish tea (base);
  • 20 grams of orange;
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon;
  • sugar, honey (optional).

Step-by-step production:

  1. Boil water in a kettle or saucepan. Meanwhile, prepare the main ingredients: cinnamon, orange and apple. Cut the orange into two parts horizontally and cut one circle 5 mm wide from the middle.
  2. Cut the purchased orange slice into 8 pieces (similar to cutting a pizza). Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar and the same amount of cinnamon on top. Leave the fruit for 5 minutes and let it soak. Meanwhile, rinse the apple, cut it and core it.
  3. There is no need to remove the apple skin. Along with it, cut the pulp into slices or cubes, depending on preference. Rinse the teapot with boiling water and drain it.
  4. Fill the teapot with pieces or slices of apples, orange with cinnamon and sugar, greenish, reddish or black tea, and boiling water. Close the lid and let it brew.
  5. Tea should be brewed for at least 15 minutes. It is best to wrap the teapot in a towel so that the contents do not have time to cool.

  1. Put the kettle on and wash the fruit.
  2. Cut the apple and orange into slices (I like to add them straight with the peel);
  3. Rinse the teapot with boiling water a couple of times, put dry tea leaves and fruit in it.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves (you can choose one of the spices). I also tried to slightly heat the spices in a frying pan, so they would release their odors more actively;
  5. Pour boiling water over everything, it is best to wrap the teapot with a towel or use an excellent teapot warmer, let it sit for 10 minutes - the tea is ready;
  6. Add honey to taste. Do not forget that honey should not be added to hot tea, otherwise it will lose its beneficial characteristics.
