Fry the chopped squid in a frying pan over low heat (7 minutes), in which butter and vegetable oil have previously been mixed and heated.

Wash the potatoes and carrots and boil them in their skins until tender, hard-boil the eggs. Peel the cooked vegetables and grate them on a large or medium grater. Add ground dark pepper and a spoonful of mayonnaise to the grated potatoes and mix.

Cool the eggs, peel and grate them into a separate plate.

Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes.

Place the prepared ingredients in a deep plate in layers in the following order: first, half the grated potatoes with mayonnaise,

then squid rings,

followed by pieces of pineapple,

  • A kilogram of squid;
  • 7 chicken eggs;

  • Mayonnaise.

We defrost the squid carcasses, clean them of films, cartilage and entrails, and then boil them by placing them in boiling water for two to three minutes. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool them and peel them. Cut the cooled clams into strips, and also cut the eggs. Drain the syrup from the pineapples and corn, and cut the pineapples into small slices. Remove the zest from a quarter of a lemon and cut the pulp into thin slices. We put all the prepared products in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise, mix and serve.

Ham salad

Another exciting salad option where seafood, ham and sweet pineapples are mixed.

  • Canned squid – 2 cans;
  • Canned pineapples – 1 can;
  • Canned corn – 1 can;
  • Boiled-smoked ham – 200 g;
  • Hard-boiled eggs - 2-3 pieces;
  • Hard cheese – 100 g;
  • Fresh apples - 1 piece;
  • Mayonnaise and salt.

We will cut all products into thin cubes. First, we cut up the ham and shellfish and put them in a salad bowl. Now we cut the eggs and cheese and also put them in the salad bowl. Next comes the apple's turn. It must be peeled, the hard center removed, and then cut. We also cut the pineapples into similar cubes and add them together with the apple to the rest of the ingredients. At the very end, we put canned corn in the salad, from which we previously drained the marinade. Salt, add mayonnaise and mix everything.

Chicken salad

Seafood goes well not only with cheese or ham, but also with chicken. That’s why this salad turns out surprisingly tasty and tender.

  • Squid – 300 g;
  • Chicken breast – half;
  • Bacon – 50 g;
  • Fresh cucumbers – 100 g;
  • Canned pineapples – 100 g;
  • Fresh apple – 1 piece;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt and dark pepper;
  • Olive oil.

Fry the chicken meat in olive oil, then cool and cut into thin cubes. We defrost the squids, clean them of films, cartilage and entrails, and then boil them in salted water, putting them in boiling water for about two minutes (not more!). Cool the carcasses, cut them into rings and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place the bacon strips in a dry, hot frying pan, dry them for two or three minutes, remove from the frying pan and cool. Now we cut the bacon into strips. We also cut the peeled and hard core apple. Wash the cucumbers, peel and cut into thin cubes, cut the pineapples into strips. Place all the prepared products in a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and add mayonnaise to taste. Mix the salad and transfer it to the salad bowl. Decorate with the freshest herbs.

Rice salad

Salad recipes with squid and additional meat ingredients are quite popular. What if you try cooking it with rice?

  • Squid – 1 carcass;
  • Canned pineapples in pieces – 200 g;
  • Fresh cucumber – 2 pieces;
  • Boiled rice, crumbly – 1 cup;
  • Parsley;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise.

We usually boil squids, having previously defrosted them and cleared them of films. Dip the cooked carcasses into boiling water for two minutes, then remove, cool and cut into small pieces. Wash the cucumbers, let them dry and cut them into small cubes, and drain the pineapples in a colander.

Place all cooked products (cooled and washed rice, squid, cucumbers, pineapples) in a salad bowl and add chopped herbs, salt and mayonnaise. Mix the salad and put it in the refrigerator for about fifteen minutes.

New Year's salad

What's so good about this recipe? Yes, because products can be taken in random quantities, as they say, “approximately.”

  • Squid;

We “draw” a Christmas tree on top with dill sprigs and decorate with olives and lemon seeds.
