- sugar – 280 g
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- milk – 280 ml
- butter – 60 g
- vegetable oil without aroma – 60 ml
- black cocoa powder – 30 g
- wheat flour – 250 g
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- soda – 1.5 tsp.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- 6% white wine vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.
Manufacturing
In a deep bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour (sifted), sugar, salt, cocoa powder (sifted so that there are no lumps), soda and baking powder. Mix.
Beat the eggs, pour in the vegetable oil and melted butter, milk and 1 tablespoon of 6% vinegar.
Beat until smooth, shiny mixture.
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place parchment paper on the bottom.
Set the “Bake” mode for 60 minutes or longer - it all depends on the power of your multicooker (in mine the pie took 100 minutes). Check the readiness with a torch; it should come out dry from the dough.
After baking, throw the pie in the slow cooker, let it sit for half an hour, and then take it out and cool completely.
Cut into 2 shortcakes, soak in syrup or other impregnation (see recipes here). Drizzle glaze over top.

In a 22 cm square pan, the cake will be baked in 15 minutes at 180 degrees. (Cooking time depends on the power of your oven, be careful and check the readiness of the pie with a match or toothpick).
