In a bowl, using a fork or your hands, mix cottage cheese, egg whites, sugar and 3-4 teaspoons of ground oatmeal. Mix everything well.

Form balls from the purchased dough using a spoon, roll them in the remaining ground oatmeal and flatten them slightly with your palms.

Place the cheesecakes on a baking sheet greased with butter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Ready cheesecakes can be sprinkled with sweet powder and served with your favorite jam.
