Let's get down to business:

Prepare jars for canning. Place peeled cloves of garlic, dark peppercorns, bay leaves, cherry and currant leaves, dill and parsley on the bottom.

Place some of the processed tomatoes in jars.

Later, remove the seeds from the sweet bell pepper, cut it into two halves and place it in a jar with tomatoes. Place more tomatoes on top of the peppers.

Pour boiling water into the jars and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Then drain the liquid, add more water, and add a little sugar and salt. The brine should boil, and then pour it into jars, only halfway.
