- 2 tbsp. spoons of coconut flakes;
- a pinch of curry, ground coriander and dark pepper.

As you can see from the number of ingredients, there is a lot of salad, so if you don’t plan to feed a huge number of people, then the composition can be halved. So, first you need to boil the rice, then wash it well, drain it in a colander and cool.
Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes.
Wash and dry the shrimp. Then heat the butter in a frying pan and fry these pineapple pieces in it for a couple of minutes and take them out, leaving the resulting sauce in the frying pan.
Place all the shrimp there and brown them. Now you can prepare the sauce by mixing the cream with nectar and spices (not counting the curry) and putting this mixture on the fire.
When the sauce boils, add the fried pineapple pieces, warm it up a little and remove from the stove. All that remains is to prepare the apple: cut it into cubes and place it in a new frying pan with melted butter.
Lightly fry, add coconut and curry, pour in pineapple sauce. Now you can mix the ingredients together and serve the salad for everyone to enjoy.
Appetizer with shrimp, canned pineapple and chicken

- salt and ground dark pepper - to your own taste.
Cooking time: about 20 minutes.
Calorie content: approximately 110 Kcal/100 g.
First you need to boil the shrimp and, when they have cooled, marinate them by sprinkling with salt, pepper and lemon juice. While they are marinating, you need to peel and cut the pineapple into random pieces. Now you can assemble the salad by mixing the salad mixture with pineapple pieces, canned corn, shrimp and vegetable oil.

Shrimp and pineapple salad always turns out to be unusual and satisfying, reminiscent of the best restaurant dishes. But for this to happen, you need to know some secrets.
- You can take pineapples either canned or fresh - in any version the salad will have a slightly different taste, but in any case its properties will not be affected;
- Before boiling, shrimp must be slowly defrosted, so that in this case their taste and smell will not be lost later during heat treatment;
- It is believed that pineapples canned in rings are of the highest quality, so you can take them for salad and cut them with your own hands. But it will last longer;

To make this salad, you need to take special shrimp that do not have a nasty aroma and taste. Cocktails are best. Please note that the weight of 350 g of shrimp is based on a frozen product. New (thawed) yields 350 g. Pour water into a saucepan, add shrimp and put on fire. Add salt (at the rate of 1 tbsp per 1 liter of water). When the water comes to a boil, time it for exactly one minute and remove the shrimp to a colander, let them drain and dry.
Only canned pineapple is used in salads. 600 g is supposed to be a jar of pulp and juice (juice is not used). Cut the pineapple into cubes approximately 1.5 by 1.5 cm in size. If you have large shrimp, then you need to cut the pineapple larger.
The eggs need to be boiled until tender (hard-boiled – 10 minutes). Next, they need to be grated, preferably a large one.
The salad uses two types of cheese. The first, ordinary cheese, should be of hard types (for example, Russian or the most expensive - Parmesan). 2nd type of cheese – processed. It is better to take traditional processed cheese without flavoring additives. Grate both types of cheese on a large grater. Mix all salad ingredients in a deep bowl and add salt to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise (sour cream if desired). Pass the garlic through a press.
Place lettuce leaves in serving glasses. Place the salad on top. Sprinkle it with garlic and garnish with olives. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Serve chilled. Cheers =)
