“Mushroom Fantasy” salad is a fairly ordinary and unpretentious dish that flies off the table in the blink of an eye. To make it, the following components are required:

Ingredients

  • Marinated champignons: 750 g
  • Reddish bell pepper (large): 1 pc.
  • Smoked chicken leg: 1 pc.
  • Raw beans: 200 g
  • Chicken eggs: 3 pcs.
  • Soy sauce: 4 tbsp. l.
  • Salt: 2 tsp.
  • Sunflower oil: 4 tbsp. l.
  • Fresh dill: 1 bunch

Place the beans in a small deep saucepan, fill with water so that it covers the beans one hundred percent. Place the vessel on the stove, add salt and cook over low heat for about 1 hour.

To make the beans cook faster, you can soak them in cool water for 1-2 hours beforehand.

Drain the champignons in a colander and then finely chop with a knife. Place the pieces in a bowl. Wash the reddish fleshy pepper, cut out its stalk and also cut into small cubes. Add to the pickled mushrooms and stir.

Meanwhile, set the eggs to boil and prepare the smoked ham. First, separate the meat from the bone, and then cut it into large slices. Transfer the smoked chicken pieces to a salad bowl.

Cool the boiled eggs, peel them and chop coarsely. Cut the dill on a cutting board. Place pieces of eggs, dill and cooled boiled beans into a common bowl.

Season the ingredients with soy sauce and sunflower oil. Lightly salt. Stir thoroughly with a spoon.

“Mushroom Fantasy” salad is ready. It can be served to guests right away.

Regular potato salad

For a salad that is easy in composition and preparation, you need:

  • canned champignons or honey mushrooms – 400 g (weight without marinade);
  • potatoes – 1 kg;
  • onion (preferably the reddish variety) – 1 pc.;
  • garlic;
  • ground pepper;
  • canned green peas – 1 b.;
  • dill – 20 g;
  • oil – 50 ml.

What to create:

  1. Wash the potato tubers and boil them in their skins. Usually the process takes 35-40 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the water, cool and peel.
  3. Cut into cubes and transfer to a salad bowl.
  4. Cut the large fruiting bodies of pickled mushrooms into pieces; small ones can be thrown whole. Add to potatoes.
  5. Chop the onion very finely and dump it into a salad bowl.
  6. Drain the water from the peas and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Squeeze 1-2 garlic cloves into the salad, pepper to taste.
  8. Season the dish with fragrant vegetable oil and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Salad recipe with cheese

Do you need to amaze your guests or pamper your family? For an unusual salad, take the following products:

  • pickled honey mushrooms, chanterelles or russula – 400 g;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • onions – 80-90 g;
  • greenish peas - half a jar;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise – 200 g;
  • ground pepper - a pinch;
  • dill – 20 g.

How to cook:

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan with water, add tsp. salt and hard boil. Cool immediately in ice water.
  2. Squeeze a clove of garlic into mayonnaise, add very finely chopped dill, pepper to taste, mix.
  3. Chop eggs, mushrooms and onions. Place everything in a suitable sized salad bowl.
  4. Drain the brine from the peas and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Grate the cheese and add half to the salad bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise dressing and mix well.
  7. Place the remaining cheese on top and serve.

With onion

A salad of pickled mushrooms and onions can be called the most common, but no less tasty than other unique dishes. For production you will need:

  • salted honey mushrooms – 500 g;
  • onions – 180-200 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • salt - to taste;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • peas - half a jar (optional).

Step by step recipe:

  1. Carefully peel the onion and cut into very thin half rings.
  2. Cut the pickled mushrooms into halves or quarters, depending on the size.
  3. Place onions in a salad bowl, lightly add salt and stir.
  4. Add mushrooms and squeeze garlic.
  5. If available or if desired, add peas and season the salad with oil.

With chicken or beef

This option is worthy of both a regular lunch and a formal table. For a daily version, you can simply mix all the ingredients, and for a holiday, the salad is laid in layers. You will need:

  • pickled mushrooms – 200 g;
  • boiled meat (chicken or beef fillet) – 250-300 g;
  • raw carrots – 80 g;
  • onion – 100-120 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • lean oil – 30 ml;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • boiled potatoes – 200 g;
  • mayonnaise - how much will it take?

Method of action:

  1. Finely chop any canned mushrooms and place them on the bottom of the salad bowl.
  2. Chop the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until lightly colored. During frying, add salt to taste.
  3. Place the onions on top of the mushrooms and coat everything with mayonnaise.
  4. Grate the boiled potatoes directly into the salad bowl on a large grater, smooth them out and brush with mayonnaise.
  5. Next, distribute the grated carrots, on top of which place the finely chopped meat. Lubricate the meat layer with mayonnaise.
  6. Grate the cheese using a grater. You need to create this directly in the salad bowl so that the cheese shavings lie in a light, airy layer.

For an unusual ham and mushroom salad that is worth pampering your loved ones, you need:

  • boiled-smoked ham – 200 g;
  • whole marinated champignons – 200 g;
  • onion – 80-90 g;

  1. Cook the chicken fillet in boiling water for 20-25 minutes, adding salt and, if desired, bay leaf and aromatic peppercorns to the broth. Cool the tender meat and cut into small cubes. Instead of boiling the chicken, you can bake or fry it.
  2. At the same time, boil the eggs for 9-10 minutes after boiling. Cool in cool water, then remove the shell. Cut into small cubes.

  1. According to the recipe, you need to start by separating the chicken breast from the bones. Seeds and skins are not necessary in the salad, because they can ruin the pleasure of eating it. Boil chicken eggs in salted water until fully cooked. If salt is not added, the shell may break early.
  2. It is necessary to remove the husks from onions and garlic, rinse the processed vegetables under the tap, and then dry them. Carefully wash the sweet bell pepper and tomato.   • onions – 1 pc.;
  • wine or apple vinegar for dressing;
  • mayonnaise for dressing.
  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for a salad with chicken, pickled mushrooms and onions. Wash them well, dry them and proceed to the upcoming processing. Champignons or any other mushrooms need to be coarsely chopped, and then sent to a dry frying pan and simmered there until the water has completely evaporated. At the end of frying, pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and add salt to taste. Fry the ingredients until done. Pickled mushrooms can simply be washed and chopped.
