The right breakfast: top 4 recipes for banana cheesecakes
The culinary recipe for cheesecakes has been around for a long time. There is a worldview that the first cheese dishes originated in Old Rome, in the Roman province of Arabia.
One beautiful day, the Arabian merchant Kanan began his own journey through a deserted area, taking food and milk with him (in a classic container for nomads - a dried sheep's stomach). The area was deserted and very hot.
In the evening, he sat down to rest and wanted to drink milk, but a strange-looking liquid (whey) poured out of the vessel and a small snow-white lump fell out. Kanan was very upset that he was left without anything to drink, and he still had to drink the liquid and eat this piece.
To his own deepest surprise, he saw that it was quite tasty. He shared his discovery with his friends. And from that time on, this product, which, due to its production from raw milk, received the name cheese, began to be made in every Arabian family.
Cottage cheese, made mainly from unprocessed milk, came out raw. Hence the name - cheese.
In order for the cottage cheese to last longer, the function was repeated. And after the second removal of the cottage cheese from the oven, it was placed again under the press and in a cool cellar. As a result, we got cottage cheese that could be stored for a week. But they were already afraid to eat such a product in its raw form, which is why a lot of culinary recipes arose that were prepared from it. One of the most recognizable dishes made from cottage cheese is, naturally, cheesecakes.

Banana cheesecakes in the oven
Ingredients:
- 250 g of cottage cheese 9% fat (in Ukraine we call it fermented milk cheese)
- 1 testicle
- 1 pinch of table salt
- 1 pinch of soda
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 banana
- 100 g semolina
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 40 g wheat flour
Manufacturing:
Place the cottage cheese in an enamel bowl and grind thoroughly. When making cheesecakes from homemade cottage cheese, you need to rub it through a sieve so that there are no large lumps left.
Add quicklime soda on the tip of a knife, salt, egg and semolina to the cheesecake dough. Mix the ingredients until smooth and leave the dough for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Peel the banana, cut into medium-sized cubes and add to the dough for cheesecakes. Finally, add cinnamon to the dough and mix everything. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky to your hands, but not watery.
We cut the purchased curd dough into portions and, sprinkling the work surface with flour, form cheesecakes from it. Place the cheesecakes on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and greased with vegetable oil.
Place the baking sheet with banana cheesecakes in the oven, previously preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the cheesecakes in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Cheesecakes with banana
Cheesecakes with banana are a simple-to-make, but at the same time quite unusual cottage cheese dish that can pleasantly amaze and amuse all family members. Surely, any adult understands perfectly well that cottage cheese is simply a storehouse of various necessary substances and an indispensable product for everyday nutrition. It contains a huge amount of valuable protein and essential amino acids, vitamins (a group of low molecular weight organic compounds of relatively simple structure and varied chemical nature) , calcium and other elements we need. Even the fat found in this product is not so useless, because it greatly helps in the absorption of all these substances that are important for health.
But even the deepest knowledge does not always help us force ourselves and, especially, our loved ones to consume cottage cheese in the quantities recommended by experts. Almost everyone openly ignores this important product, limiting themselves to sweet dessert curds. In order to create a diet for your own family that is not only healthy and correct, but also constantly desired, I suggest more often preparing savory pastries from cottage cheese that will appeal to both adults and the smallest members of the family.

How to make cheesecakes with banana - a recipe for cottage cheese pancakes with banana inside in a frying pan with step-by-step photos
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g cottage cheese 5 - 9%
- 4 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 2 small eggs
- 4 tbsp. l. flour
- 1 banana
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 2 – 3 tbsp. l. flour
COOKING METHOD:
1. In order to prepare cheesecakes with banana inside, place cottage cheese, salt, sugar and chicken eggs in a deep bowl.
2. Carefully mix all ingredients with a fork into a homogeneous creamy mass.
3. Add flour and knead the dough again with a regular fork. The dough for cheesecakes should be dense, but not very sticky.
4. Peel the banana and cut into slices 5 - 7 mm wide. It is better to cut the banana diagonally so that the circles come out larger and feel better inside the cheesecakes.
5. Now you can start making unique cheesecakes with a banana slice inside.
To make it easier to work with sticky curd dough, I suggest doing the following. Pour 2 - 3 tbsp into a plate with small sides. l. flour and using a large spoon, place a portion of dough into the flour for one cheesecake. 6. Lightly roll a piece of dough on all sides in flour so that it does not stick to your hands, and create a flat cake the size of your palm from it. Place a banana slice in the center of the cake.
7. Pull the edges of the tortilla up and join them over the banana.
Carefully seal the dough so that the inside is one hundred percent inside, and lightly roll the finished cheesecake in flour. 8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place a portion of cheesecakes, not too close to each other, so that it is easier to twist them. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
9. Carefully turn the cheesecakes over to the other side with a spatula, fry for another 1 - 2 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until cooked for 8 - 10 minutes.
With all this, the cheesecakes will rise perfectly and become fluffy and airy, but if you do not eat them immediately after making, they will not settle much when cooling. Be sure to serve the cheesecakes with banana while it’s piping hot, while they are so delicious, beautiful and appetizing!
In addition to them, the freshest cold sour cream and, of course, a cup of tea or coffee are perfect. Bon appetit!
