Recipe for Pancake Cake with Mushrooms:
We prepare mushrooms (I use homemade pickled forest mushrooms), onions, and ham.
Pass mushrooms, onions, ham through a meat grinder or blender (like me).
And fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough from flour, starch, milk and eggs, add mushroom mass to it, add salt and mix.
Bake pancakes. The pancakes bake very well, without any problems! They fry and turn over easily.
Beat the cheese with softened butter, add herbs, or maybe ground reddish pepper. This is our inside.
Place the pancakes in a stack, layered with cheese cream,

Pancake cake with chicken and mushrooms is a very tasty and beautiful dish on the outside. It is pleasant to serve it at home, they constantly eat it with pleasure, there is no shame in putting it on the table for guests as a hot snack, they also eat it with no little pleasure and constantly ask for more. We liked this cake so much that in the last two weeks I have already made it three times. Be sure to cook it, it’s very tasty, I recommend it.
To make a pancake cake with chicken and mushrooms, take the ingredients from the list. First, let's prepare the pancakes. The eggs and milk should be at room temperature.
In a deep bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, butter, salt and sugar until smooth, without lumps.
Lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil using a silicone brush, pour half a ladle of batter at a time and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
From this quantity of goods you will get 10-12 pancakes, depending on the diameter of the pan.
Now you need to prepare the filling. Take the necessary products. Vegetables must be peeled, chicken fillet washed, boiled for 15 minutes in salted water.
