Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list.

Divide the cauliflower into medium florets. Do this with your hands and with a knife, cutting off the central stalk.

Boil water in a saucepan, add lightly salt, add cauliflower and blanch for 3-4 minutes.

Drain the hot water from the cabbage and transfer the inflorescences to a suitable container. Cool the cabbage slightly and add mayonnaise of any fat content to it.

Stir the cabbage with mayonnaise, add spices to taste - salt and dark pepper.

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.

Lightly grease the baking dish with oil and spread the cauliflower with mayonnaise in an even layer.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the entire surface.

Bake cauliflower with mayonnaise and cheese in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. The cheese will melt and a delicious crust will appear.

The most common and more popular option is baking a healthy vegetable in the oven. It can be considered a classic, since the products mix very successfully with each other and create a wonderful flavor bouquet.

  • Cabbage - 1 kg forks.
  • Hard cheese – 80 gr.
  • Sour cream – 130 ml.
  • Testicle.
  • Pepper, salt.

Carefully inspect the forks, cut off any darkening or damage. Disassemble it into inflorescences. I do not recommend cutting off the stem too briefly; the inflorescences will disintegrate and crumble. Instead of strong heads, you will get an incomprehensible mess.

Boil water in a saucepan, add a little salt, and add the cabbage. Wait for it to boil, cook for 5 minutes. Then drain the unnecessary broth (you can throw it in a colander).

To create a filling, crack an egg into a bowl with sour cream. add salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Spread a little oil on the bottom of the mold and coat it. Place the boiled baskets and spread in an even layer.

Using a generous hand, sprinkle the cheese all over.

Place in an oven preheated to 180-190 o C. Set the timer for 20 minutes. Bake the dish until beautifully browned.

  • Chicken fillet – 600 gr.
  • Cauliflower - kilogram.
  • Cheese – 100 gr.
  • Bell pepper.
  • Tomatoes - a couple.
  • Garlic cloves – 3 pcs.
  • Onion.
  • Tomato paste – 3 huge spoons.
  • Sugar - to taste.
  • Greens - several branches.
  • Salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
  1. Separate the colored forks into baskets. Boil in slightly salted water for no more than 5 minutes.
  2. Pour out a glass of broth, it will be used for sauce. Drain the rest and discard the inflorescences, discarding excess water.
  3. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, fry a little over high heat. Season with salt and pepper, wait until light browning appears, and remove from the burner.
  4. Grease the pan with butter and spread half of the cabbage over the bottom.
  5. Cover with a layer of chicken meat.
  6. Now let's create the sauce. Chop the onion with the garlic cloves. Fry in oil in a frying pan for a few minutes.
  7. Throw in the diced sweet pepper and similarly chopped tomatoes. Continue frying for another 5 minutes.
  8. Mix the tomato in a bowl, pour in a glass of broth, add spices (pepper, sugar, salt). If desired, you can pour cream and add a little sour cream.
  9. Pour the dressing into the frying pan for sautéing. Stir, simmer for 2-2 minutes.
  10. Pour half the sauce over the chicken. Place the remaining cabbage on top. Pour the sauce over the dish.
  11. Place in the oven. Cook at 180 o C for 30 minutes.

Recipe for cauliflower baked with cheese, mushrooms and mayonnaise

Mushrooms are an amazing complement to cabbage dishes; mayonnaise dressing adds little calories, but makes the casserole much tastier. If you want to reduce the nutritional value, replace high-fat mayonnaise with lean mayonnaise. Or pour low-fat cream over the cabbage.

  • Cabbage – 350 gr.
  • Champignons – 200 gr.
  • Onion.
  • Cheese – 200 gr.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.
  • Butter, herbs, salt.
  1. Chop the onions and mushrooms into cubes. Fry in oil, tossing in the onion tenderloin first, then the mushroom tenderloin. Add dill and parsley.
  2. Boil the cabbage inflorescences, drain the broth, and dry them slightly.
  3. Place the cabbage in the pan, lightly brushing it with oil. Transfer the mushroom mixture and smooth it out (if desired, you can mix it with the cabbage).
  4. Pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake at 180 o C. Since the products are already practically ready, it will take little time - 15-20 minutes. A perfect crust will indicate its readiness.
