Next, the dough is poured into a greased mold. You can use a silicone mold or oiled parchment. Bake the pie in a preheated oven (approximate temperature 180 degrees) for 60 minutes. The degree of readiness is checked with a toothpick. The baked product is left in the mold for 10 minutes, after which it is transferred to a dish. Pour the egg mixture into it; this should be done very slowly, but you must constantly stir the liquid until it becomes sufficiently thick.

From honey dough you can make small flour products, for example pies. For this recipe you will need:

  • wheat flour - 400 g;
  • natural honey - 100 g;
  • sweet powder - 250 g;
  • testicle - 3 pcs.;
  • margarine - 60 g;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • cocoa - 2 tsp;
  • crushed walnuts - 1/3 cup;
  • 300 g apples and sugar.
