Ribs with potatoes in the oven is a tasty and satisfying dish that is perfect for both a home-made breakfast or dinner, and for a gala table. The ribs should be marinated in spices for a couple of hours in advance; this will enrich them with flavor and generally improve the taste of the entire dish.
For my own version, I chose homemade pork ribs. We will also need potatoes, carrots, onions, sunflower oil and, for the marinade, tomato paste, mustard, sour cream, vinegar, pepper, meat seasoning and salt.
Wash the ribs, cut them and put them in a bowl. Add sour cream, tomato paste, mustard, vinegar, meat spices and pepper.
Mix the ribs thoroughly, cover the bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the onion into half rings and carrots into half circles.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the onions and carrots. Cool.
