Salad with smoked chicken, fresh cucumber and cheese

To make this salad you will need:

  • Smoked chicken leg - one piece;
  • Fresh cucumber - two pieces;
  • The freshest hard cheese – 100 g;
  • Garlic – one clove;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper;
  • Olive oil.

Wash the cucumbers, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Separate the flesh from the chicken leg and chop it finely. Crumble the cheese by hand. Finely chop the garlic. Mix garlic and cheese and add them to cucumbers with chicken pulp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour over oil. The salad is served with croutons or toast.
