Prepare the chicken (any parts of it, I took 2 legs), potatoes, water, salt, cabbage, onions, carrots, tomato paste, vegetable oil, bay leaf, ground pepper. Boil chicken thighs in water until almost done. Take them out, remove the meat from the bones and return them back to the broth along with the diced potatoes. Salt the broth to taste and leave to simmer until the potatoes are soft.

Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into thin strips (as for borscht). In vegetable oil, fry the onion (small cubes) and carrots (large grater) with the addition of tomato paste: first fry the onion and carrots together, then just add the paste and fry everything for a few more minutes.

Place the cabbage into the broth with cooked chicken and potatoes. Boil the cabbage soup until the cabbage is soft (5-6 minutes), taste the broth for salt and add more salt as needed.

Then transfer the vegetables with tomato paste from the frying pan into the pan.

Cook the freshest cabbage soup for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, and add bay leaf and ground black pepper to the cabbage soup.

Ingredients:
500 g chicken meat,
300 g white cabbage,
2 onions,
1 carrot,
3 potatoes,
2 huge tomatoes,
1 bell pepper,
2 bay leaves,
5-6 dark peppercorns,
vegetable oil,
a bunch of dill and parsley,
salt , ground dark pepper and ground paprika to taste.

Preparation:
Boil the chicken in 3 liters of water along with an onion cut in half. From the finished broth, remove the onion and chicken meat, which must be separated from the bones and cut. Add diced potatoes and shredded cabbage to the broth and cook for 20 minutes. In a frying pan, fry chopped onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add grated carrots and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add bell peppers cut into strips and chopped tomatoes (you can scald them with boiling water in advance to remove the skin), simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Add vegetables to the soup along with bay leaf, dark peppercorns and salt, cook for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add chicken meat, season with ground pepper and paprika to taste, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the stove, cover the cabbage soup with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast,
200-300 g cabbage,
1 cup canned snow-white beans or 1/2 cup dry snow-white beans,
1 onion,
1 carrot,
2 celery stalks,
4 bay leaves,
vegetable oil,
salt and spices to taste,
dill or parsley.

Preparation:
Chop the chicken breast into pieces, add 2.5 liters of water and boil until tender, skimming off the foam that forms from time to time.
If you use dry beans, you need to soak them in cool water first, then boil them separately until half cooked, lightly salting them. Sauté chopped onion and grated carrots in vegetable oil until soft, about 10 minutes. When the chicken is ready, add the chopped potatoes to the broth and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add cabbage, beans, fried vegetables, finely chopped celery and bay leaf, cut into narrow strips, cook for about 20 minutes. Salt, add spices to taste and after 10 minutes turn off the stove. Let the cabbage soup steep under the lid for 20-30 minutes, then pour it into plates and serve, sprinkled with herbs.

1/4 fork cabbage,

  • Chicken legs (on the bone) – 2 pcs.;
  • White young cabbage – 350 g;
  • Potatoes – 3 pieces;
  • Onions (small) – 1 pc.;
  • Carrots (small) – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Tomato paste – 2 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.;
  • Sweet paprika – 0.5 tsp;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Salt.

Cooking time for cabbage soup with chicken is 30 minutes.

How to cook delicious cabbage soup from the freshest cabbage with chicken

1. Wash the legs and peel the potatoes. Pour water (2 liters) into the pan and heat it up.

2. Cut the meat from the bones of the cooked thighs and cut them with the skin into small pieces. Leave the bones, they will make the broth rich. Cut the potato tubers into cubes. They should be small so that they can prepare faster.

3. Add a bay leaf to the water, add cooked pieces of thighs, bones, if any, remaining skin and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for only 5-6 minutes. We remove the foam.

4. Grate the carrots coarsely, chop the onion not very finely.

5. Place potato cubes into the broth with chicken pieces and cook while we fry the vegetables.

12. Hearty chicken soup is ready, remove from heat.

13. Pour the fragrant, delicious cabbage soup into plates, optionally add sour cream or mayonnaise, a slice of lemon (add sourness to the classic dish) and serve immediately with crispy fresh bread.
