  • milk - 200 ml
  • snow-white loaf – 150 g
  • raw egg - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt - 1 tsp.

  • hard-boiled eggs - 5 pcs.

1. First, finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan until light golden brown.

5. Start forming cutlets with the inside. To do this, take some of the minced meat in your palm. Roll it into a ball and press it with your fingers and crush it into a flat cake. Place the prepared egg and onion filling on the flatbread.

6. Using your fingers, secure the edges of the meat patty. In this way, form all the meat zrazy with the inside of the egg and onion.

7. Coat the bottom of the baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out all the meat preparations.

8. Place the baking sheet with the preparations in the oven for 30-40 minutes and bake at 180 degrees C.

  • lard - 450 grams;
  • onions - 4.5 pieces;
  • buckwheat (for porridge) - 80 grams;
  • bread - 4 pieces;

Pass the meat, half a portion of lard and cooked onions through a meat grinder, add some snow-white bread soaked in milk and squeezed out, and spices.

For the inside, fry the second part of the lard, which must be finely chopped, mix with separately cooked crumbly buckwheat porridge. Roll the semi-finished products in flour, fry lightly, pour in sour cream and simmer under the lid over low heat for about 25 minutes.
