  • In the case of making sweet croutons, ordinary sugar is replaced with vanilla, which allows you to achieve an unusually intense taste and smell;
  • During the frying process, croutons with salt are sprinkled with a small amount of grated cheese, allowing it to melt.

Even without experience, but knowing the main characteristics of the dish and some of the secrets of its preparation, you can get a good result. If you use butter instead of vegetable oil, the croutons have a completely different taste and become more tender. But the calorie content immediately increases.
