Pancake cake with condensed milk cream

Fragrant and fluffy pancakes can always be transformed into a savory pie with entrails. How to prepare them is up to anyone to decide for themselves. Some people like baking with kefir, some like custard pancakes in boiling water, others will prefer the traditional option. I offer a regular recipe for pancakes with milk. The same goes for the inside, when the condensed milk version can be replaced with sour cream, cottage cheese or some other one.

  • Milk – 400 ml
  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Flour - 250 gr.
  • Sugar - 90 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 80 ml
  • Butter - 250 gr.
  • Condensed milk – 250 ml

Crafting recipe

  1. Then step by step we get carried away with baking pancakes and mixing cream. Carefully beat the eggs with sugar until foamy.
  2. Dilute the egg mass with vegetable oil, but without flavoring. Stir.
  3. Pour in milk. It is better to add half the amount of water, and throw the second part to dilute the dough.
  4. Add flour. Naturally, it needs to be sifted, then the homemade cake will turn out more tender.
  5. Stir the dough thoroughly until it is completely smooth and free of lumps. The mixture should be diluted to a suitable mixture with milk, adding it little by little.
  6. Pancakes are baked in a frying pan. There is no need to lubricate it with anything beforehand . Only before the first pancake can the bottom of the pan be coated with a piece of butter.
  7. Carefully lift the browned pancake and turn it over to fry on the other side.
  8. Don’t worry if a certain pancake is browned more than usual, for example, like in my photo. If you put it in a stack with other products, it will “get wet” and become soft.
  9. Bake all the pancakes by stacking them. I got about 16 pieces per small frying pan. For the upcoming formation of the pancake cake, all products must cool completely.

Cream for pancake cake

For the cream I propose, we will need butter and condensed milk. This is the most common interior option for home baking.

Beat the butter, softened to room temperature, into a foam using a mixer. This needs to be done at low and then at medium speeds.

Pour watery condensed milk into the oil and continue whisking. The semi-liquid mass will begin to thicken evenly and it is very important at this moment not to overdo it and not to over-beat the cream, because the butter may separate.

The finished cream holds its shape unsurpassed, has a gloss and smooth structure. In the absence of watery condensed milk, the cream can be created with a boiled analogue, literally whipping it with soft butter.

Forming a tempting pancake dessert

Form the cake on a flat plate. Coat any pancake with a thin layer of cream. To make a delicious dessert without distortions, try to create a thickness of cream a little more than a pancake.
