For the sauce, add spices, honey, lime juice to mayonnaise, mix everything with a fork. For the salad, defrost the shrimp, pour boiling water for 3–5 minutes, drain the hot water and rinse with cool water, strain. Place shrimp in a bowl. Cut the avocado, purple onion and reddish bell pepper into cubes. Add everything to the shrimp and season with lemon juice. Cut the rice paper into four pieces. Pour about a centimeter of vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat the oil well. Fry one piece of paper at a time, for almost 1-2 seconds. Here, remove and transfer to a kitchen paper napkin so that excess fat is absorbed. Place rice chips on a dish, fill with salad and pour over mayonnaise sauce. We serve it here.

  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp.
