First, let's look at the traditional recipe, which includes tasty cheese. To make it, buy or prepare two sheets or 0.5 kg of puff pastry.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance. In the meantime, grease the baking dish with butter and place the pie. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, checking occasionally for doneness.

Potato pie with cheese

Do you want to quickly and deliciously prepare something for the arrival of your guests? Then chefs recommend paying attention to potato pie with cheese. It is not only tasty, nutritious, but also necessary.

First you need to create the dough, because it must rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To make it, take a container, add 400 grams of flour, a little salt, 20 g of sugar and 0.5 tsp. soda Stir all dry ingredients.

Place 50 grams of soft butter and 100 grams of sour cream in a separate container. Stir well. Just be careful not to overbeat the butter, because it may separate. Now the mixed sour cream and butter must be poured into a container with flour. Knead the dough. If it turns out very thick, add more sour cream. The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. We wrapped it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, you need to peel and boil 5 potato tubers to create a puree. Fry the onion and simply mash the cheese with a fork. When the products have cooled to room temperature, combine them. This will be the inside of the pie.

Roll out two circles or rectangles from the dough in a baking pan. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Place the first layer of dough on it.

Spread the filling on top sparingly. Later you can cover with a second circle. The edges need to be pinched and only later put the pie in the oven at 180 degrees. It should bake for about 25 minutes. But it all depends on the oven, so check the readiness from time to time.

Pie with herbs and cheese

First you need to create a dough. Pour 50 ml of milk into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. l. yeast and the same amount of sugar. Add 20 g of flour evenly. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes. Then pour the last 100 ml of milk into the same container, add approximately 1.5 tbsp. flour, add two small eggs and a little vegetable oil for elasticity. Knead the dough. If it turns out watery, add flour evenly and knead. Cover the container with the dough with a clean towel and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Meanwhile, boil 2 eggs and chop finely. Grate 150 g of cheese on a large grater, finely chop a bunch of greens and one onion. Combine the filling, stir, salt and pepper to taste.

Roll out 3 shortcakes from the dough. Place one layer on a greased baking sheet and spread the filling. Now place the second shortbread on top. Spread the filling moderately on it and cover it with a third layer. Brush the pie with egg and place in a pre-heated oven.

Bake for no more than 25 minutes. But everything depends on the oven, so it is necessary to inspect the baked goods from time to time for readiness. The result was a very tasty and wonderful pie with cheese and herbs.

Add tomatoes

Tomatoes make equally delicious baked goods. To make it, soften 100 g of butter and add 50 g of fat sour cream, salt and stir. Add 200 g of flour evenly into the same container. Knead the dough, wrap in cling film and set aside for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix 2 eggs and 150 g of sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat the egg-sour cream mixture with a blender until smooth and set aside for a while.

Rinse the tomatoes well, peel and cut into slices, and cut the cheese into thin slices. Now you can start making the pie.

The dough must be rolled out according to the shape of the baking sheet, not forgetting about the sides. Place the layer in the mold and you can place the ingredients on it in a circle around the mold. Mix tomatoes with cheese. You can first lay out the cheese and the tomatoes on top.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the pie in it and bake for about 40 minutes. Pie with cheese and tomatoes is ready. When it cools down, you can serve it.

Kefir pie

Such baked goods are notable for the fact that they turn out not only tasty, but also tender and crumbly. To prepare a snack pie with cheese, pour 250 ml of kefir into a container, add salt to taste, add 5 g of sugar, 0.5 tsp. soda, pour 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and beat in 1 egg. Stir the mixture well.

Sift 350 g of flour. Leave 50 g for the surface to knead the dough. Add the other 300 g evenly to the container with kefir. Knead the dough so that it slightly sticks to your hands. It doesn't have to be cool.

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, and in the meantime prepare the cheese filling. Grate the cheese (300 g) on ​​a large grater, crush it slightly with a fork, finely chop one small bunch of greens and combine with the cheese.

Divide the cool dough into several pieces. You should get approximately 4 balls, which need to be rolled out to the size of the mold. Spread the filling sparingly on any layer. When you reach the outermost circle, decorate it with melted or hard cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. What came out was a tender, savory and wonderful pie with feta cheese on kefir.

Add meat

This pie is the most nutritious and is perfect for a festive table. Puff pastry without yeast can be purchased at the store. 0.5 kg required. Prepare 250 g each of minced pork and beef. Mix it, salt, pepper and lightly fry so as not to dry it out.

Take 2 pcs. onions, finely chop. It must be fried until golden brown. Pour the onion into a container with the minced meat, stir well and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Grind 250 g of unsalted cheese, a bunch of greens and 2 eggs. Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator. Add the filling with cheese to the meat, stir thoroughly. Now you can preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, grease a baking sheet and line it with the first layer of dough. Spread the filling sparingly. Then cover with a second layer, and brush the edges of the dough with egg. Pinch the edges and you can put them in the oven. The pie is baked for about 30 minutes.

Pie with cottage cheese and feta cheese

To make this pastry, you will need puff pastry. It can be purchased at a hypermarket if you don’t want to bother with flour. Then just prepare the filling. To do this, mash 250 g of feta cheese and cottage cheese with a fork so that there are no large lumps.

Finely chop the green onions, parsley and dill, add one clove of garlic and 100 g of sour cream. If the cheese is unsalted, then you can lightly add salt and pepper with white pepper, because it adds piquancy to the insides. Stir cottage cheese, cheese and herbs.

Turn on the oven, and while it is heating to 180 degrees, grease a baking sheet with oil and place one layer of puff pastry on it. Place the filling on it, which should be distributed moderately. Cover the pie with the second layer and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

Cooking tips

The pie will turn out to be the least caloric if you do not add eggs to the dough. If according to the recipe they are very necessary, then put more herbs and vegetables in the filling, and less meat products.

1. Mix warm water (36-38 degrees) with yeast, leave for a minute so that the particles dissolve. Then mix, add salt, add oil, soda and a warm drink. I don't put salt in the dough because the inside is quite salty. Mix.

2. Add flour evenly, specifically evenly, because flour is different and its quantity may vary slightly. Knead the dough into a soft, non-sticky dough. It took 5-7 minutes to knead.

3. Place the dough in a bag or bowl and leave for 20 minutes. There is not enough yeast and not enough baking soda in the dough, but together they will make the dough wonderfully soft and savory.
