If you love pizza, but don’t want to spend a lot of time fiddling with the dough, use this recipe. The base of this pizza is a liquid dough, which is prepared from kefir, eggs, salt, sugar, soda and flour in a matter of minutes. I used ketchup, tomatoes, sausage and cheese as the inside for a pizza made from watery kefir dough. It turned out very tasty and juicy. I recommend trying it.
Prepare the necessary products for making the dough.
Beat the eggs into a suitable bowl, add salt and sugar. Mix everything well with a whisk.
Pour in the drink at room temperature.
Add soda and mix again.
Add the sifted flour and use a spoon to knead into a homogeneous dough.
The mixture should turn out like thick homemade sour cream. Prepare the necessary products for the inside.
Line a baking pan (mine size is 20x20 cm) with parchment, lay out half of the dough and smooth it out. From this amount of dough you can make two small pizzas or one huge one, covering the entire baking sheet. I chose option 1.
Grease the dough with ketchup.
Add thinly sliced tomatoes and lightly salt them.
Place sausage on top of tomatoes.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.
Bake pizza from watery kefir dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Baking time will depend on your oven. Remove the finished pizza from the pan and serve.

- drink (fresh or sour - no difference) - 1 cup;
- wheat flour, premium – 2.5 cups. (approximately 350 g);
- salt, soda - 0.5 tsp each;
- sweet sand – 1 tsp;
- large chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- Sunflower oil, refined – 3 tbsp. l.

- When the dough comes together, transfer it to the table and continue kneading by hand, greasing your palms with sunflower oil as necessary. Knead for 4-5 minutes, then put under cling film and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Form 2 pizza crusts from the rested dough, brush with sauce, and place your chosen filling on them. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees in a hot oven.

Ingredients for 2 huge pizzas:
- drink – 300 ml;
- salt - a couple of pinches;
- soda – 0.5 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
- high-grade flour - 2 cups.
Manufacturing method step by step:
- Place the drink on the stove and heat it slightly, stirring so that it does not have time to curdle. Add salt, soda, mix well with a fork. Place half of the sifted flour into a bowl.
- Mix the mixture with a spoon or fork, add unscented butter.
- Add the second part of the flour evenly and knead into a loose, elastic dough. Round the lump and wrap it with film. Leave for 40-60 minutes at room temperature. This dough can be prepared for future use, in which case it must be stored in the refrigerator (up to 3 days).
After about an hour, you can preheat the oven and begin shaping and baking the pizza.

- drink (natural yogurt, matsoni, etc.) 200 ml;
- flour – 3-3.5 cups;
- water (milk) – 50 ml;
- chicken egg (large) – 1 pc.;
- dry (instant) yeast – 8 g (1 tsp without a slide);

- soda - a pinch;

How to create - a step-by-step recipe:
- Mix yeast with water and sugar. The liquid does not have to be either hot or cool. The standard is 25-37 degrees. Let the yeast mixture sit for 7-10 minutes until it begins to play. In the meantime, mix the slightly warm drink with soda and salt and stir. The mixture will begin to foam slightly. Thanks to the soda, the pizza will not have a sour kefir taste. Beat in the egg and whisk with a fork until smooth. Sift the flour into a bowl with the kefir mass, pour in the yeast that has begun to play.
- Pour out the oil. You can use vegetable oil or melt butter. You can also cook with margarine.
- Knead the dough by hand or using a kitchen machine. It will not be very tight, soft, pleasant to the touch. Grease its surface with oil, cover with a napkin or film and leave in a warm place to rise.

- Pour in the oil and stir again.
- The kefir-soda mixture will become foamy in 10 minutes. Pour the eggs into it and mix.
- Add flour, adjusting the amount along the way. The mass should turn out approximately like pancakes; in thickness it will resemble rich sour cream.
- Place a thick-bottomed frying pan over low heat and grease with a thin layer of oil. When it warms up, pour in a portion of the dough (not more than 2 cm high) and add the filling. Bake covered on low heat until done.
Pizza can also be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees. The dough should be distributed in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment, and the insides should be distributed on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

There are only a lot of recipes, but in this material I will share the one that I consider my favorite - and rightfully so.
Warm, tasty, pleasant kefir pizza, cooked in the oven, is one of the best options that can be prepared at home. With all this, it is enough to take just a few ordinary steps.
What's useful
The base contains the following ingredients:
- drink (you can choose any fat content) - a glass;
- baking soda - half a teaspoon;
- sunflower oil - two tablespoons;
- salt - half a teaspoon;
- flour - half a kilo or slightly more;
- two chicken eggs of any kind.
This applies to the test. As for the inside, you need to take about a quarter kilo of at least some sausage. You can replace it with other semi-smoked meat products. From time to time I take bacon, which I fry until tender, but slightly crispy, and it comes out unsurpassed. You will also need an onion, a little hard cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, or whatever tomato paste you like. When you have prepared all these ingredients, you can begin the actual production.
Manufacturing process
The following steps need to be followed:
- Pour the drink into a comfortable large bowl. Add soda to it, let it sit for a little while. You will know that everything is ready when the soda foams slightly due to a chemical reaction.
- At the same time, break and lightly beat the eggs. Pour into a large bowl with kefir. Now add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt to taste so that the dough does not turn out too bland.
- Next add flour. This requires some technicality. First, you need to dump out the first half, stir with a spoon or spatula, moving them in a circle. Later you need to add the remaining flour and knead it simply with your hands. A ball of dough will come out. He needs to be given some time to lie down.
- Now we are preparing the filling. Everything here is very simple and straightforward - cut the onion, shred the meat. You can create it the way you like, in large or small pieces, there are no special rules here.
- Next, roll out the dough and spread ketchup on it. I do this already on a baking sheet, just to make it more convenient, I don’t have to rearrange everything too much.
- Now we lay out the previously prepared meat and onions, also grate the cheese, sprinkle it on, then pour mayonnaise over everything. The preparation for our pizza is ready, the most important point remains.
- Place the pizza in the oven. It's better to set it to something like 180 or 190 degrees. Wait 15 or 20 minutes while watching the pizza. You should find that the dough is baked, slightly browned, and the cheese has melted neatly. When all this happens, you can take out the dish and start eating.
I like this pizza most of all with sweet tea, but with milk products, due to the kefir content in its composition, it also mixes well.
