    Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.

    Separate the whites from the yolks.

    Add vanilla sugar.

    1. Before making the cake, you need to divide the eggs into yolks and whites (this is necessary). Because the yolks are not afraid of the whites, we will first beat the whites. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and begin to beat, starting at low speed, gradually increasing it. The whipping time is constantly different, but the result should be similar. Well-beaten whites should keep their shape (compacted and snow-white in appearance).
