Leave the paper with jam on the baking sheet and work on the dough.
Step 3:
Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, placing them in different dishes. Sift the wheat flour through a fine sieve, mixing it with baking powder.

One more small recommendation regarding eggs: they must be fresh. And before making the biscuit dough, be sure to cool the eggs. Chilled eggs will beat better and the roll will turn out fluffy and tender.
How to prepare sponge roll with jam at home
Before making the dough, I cover the baking sheet with parchment paper in advance and grease it with vegetable oil using a brush.
Next, I put the eggs and sugar into the blender bowl.
Beat at high speed until the sugar dissolves. In time it is approximately five to seven minutes. As a standard, you should get a homogeneous egg-sugar mass with bubbles.
Then, add vanillin and flour to the dough and continue beating, but at the lowest speed, for another 10 minutes.
